Claims (9)
- 水性媒体中に分散した粒子を含む組成物であって、前記分散した粒子が、エルカミドおよびエルカ酸を含み、エルカ酸の50モル%以上が、カルボキシレート形態であり、エルカミドのエルカ酸に対する重量比が20:80〜50:50であり、前記粒子中のエルカミドの量が、前記粒子の重量に基づいて15重量%以上であり、かつ分散相が、前記組成物の重量に基づいて30重量%以上を占める、組成物。
- 水性媒体中に分散した粒子および1つ以上のエトキシル化脂肪化合物界面活性剤を含む組成物であって、前記分散した粒子が、エルカミドおよびエルカ酸を含み、エルカ酸の50モル%以上が、カルボキシレート形態であり、エルカミドのエルカ酸に対する重量比が30:70〜80:20であり、前記粒子中のエルカミドの量が、前記粒子の重量に基づいて15重量%以上であり、かつ分散相が、前記組成物の重量に基づいて30重量%以上を占める、組成物。
- 前記粒子のメジアン径が50マイクロメートル以下である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- エルカ酸の75モル%以上がカルボキシレート形態である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 水性媒体中に分散した粒子を含む組成物を作製する方法であって、前記分散した粒子がエルカミドおよびエルカ酸を含み、エルカ酸の50モル%以上が、カルボキシレート形態であり、エルカミドのエルカ酸に対する重量比が20:80〜50:50であり、前記粒子中のエルカミドの量が、前記粒子の重量に基づいて15重量%以上であり、前記方法が、エルカミド、エルカ酸、および水を含む混合物に剪断を加えるステップを含み、前記剪断を加えることが59℃を超える温度で実施され、前記混合物中の水の量が、前記混合物の重量に基づいて、70重量%以下である、方法。
- 水性媒体中に分散した粒子および1つ以上のエトキシル化脂肪化合物界面活性剤を含む組成物を作製する方法であって、前記分散した粒子がエルカミドおよびエルカ酸を含み、エルカ酸の50モル%以上が、カルボキシレート形態であり、エルカミドのエルカ酸に対する重量比が30:70〜80:20であり、前記粒子中のエルカミドの量が、前記粒子の重量に基づいて15重量%以上であり、前記方法が、エルカミド、エルカ酸、前記界面活性剤および水を含む混合物に剪断を加えるステップを含み、前記剪断を加えることが59℃を超える温度で実施され、前記混合物中の水の量が、前記混合物の重量に基づいて、70重量%以下である、方法。
- 前記混合物中の水の量が、前記混合物の重量に基づいて、12重量%以下である、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が1つ以上の中和剤をさらに含み、前記中和剤の当量のエルカ酸の当量に対する比率が0.5:1〜1.01:1である、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記混合物に前記剪断を加えることが、エルカ酸の融点を超える温度で実施される、請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
