Description
円筒状の円筒孔が設けられたロータコアと、
該ロータコアの前記円筒孔に挿入された挿入部と、該挿入部から軸方向の外側に延出し外周面にねじ山が設けられた雄ねじ部と、を有するロータシャフトと、
前記雄ねじ部に螺合されたナットと、
を備え、回転電機に用いられる回転電機用ロータであって、
前記ロータコアの内周面には、凸部が設けられており、
前記ロータシャフトの外周面には、前記凸部が挿入される凸部用溝が前記雄ねじ部から前記挿入部に亘って軸方向に延びるように設けられており、
前記ナットには、前記凸部用溝に入り込むようにかしめられたかしめ部が設けられている、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (2)
- 円筒状の円筒孔が設けられたロータコアと、
該ロータコアの前記円筒孔に挿入された挿入部と、該挿入部から軸方向の外側に延出し外周面にねじ山が設けられた雄ねじ部と、を有するロータシャフトと、
前記雄ねじ部に螺合されたナットと、
を備え、回転電機に用いられる回転電機用ロータであって、
前記ロータコアの内周面には、凸部が設けられており、
前記ロータシャフトの外周面には、前記凸部が挿入される凸部用溝が前記雄ねじ部から前記挿入部に亘って軸方向に延びるように設けられており、
前記ナットには、前記凸部用溝に入り込むようにかしめられたかしめ部が設けられている、
回転電機用ロータ。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機用ロータであって、
前記ロータシャフトには、前記雄ねじ部の前記凸部用溝から離れた位置にかしめ用溝が設けられており、前記ナットには、前記凸部用溝に入り込むようにかしめられた第1かしめ部と、前記かしめ用溝に入り込むようにかしめられた第2かしめ部と、が設けられている、
