Abstract
Description
本例の場合、先ず、転動体設置空間7内に転動体6、6を設置し、初期位置P0に載置する。この状態では、転動体6、6は、転動体設置空間7内に周方向に関して不等間隔に存在する。次いで、玉集め作業位置P1において、転動体設置空間7内に不等間隔に存在する転動体6、6を、この転動体設置空間7内の周方向1箇所の位置に集める。次に、玉軸受1をブロック分け作業位置P2に搬送し(移動させて)、周方向1箇所位置に集められた転動体6、6を、複数個ずつのブロックに分けて、転動体設置空間7の周方向複数箇所に配置する。その後、玉軸受1を等配作業位置P3に搬送し、ブロック分けされた転動体6、6を、転動体設置空間7の周方向複数箇所に等間隔に配置する。特に、本例の場合、玉軸受1を、玉集め作業位置P1からブロック分け作業位置P2に搬送する際、及び、ブロック分け作業位置P2から等配作業位置P3に搬送する際に、転動体6、6同士の間に存在する周方向隙間に位置ずれ防止部材13a、13bを軸方向に挿入する。これにより、転動体6、6が転がってばらばらになったり、位置がずれたりするのを防止している。以下、転動体設置空間7内に不等間隔に存在する転動体6、6を等間隔に配置する方法について、図2〜9を参照しつつ、詳しく説明する。

Claims (6)
- 内輪の外周面に設けた内輪軌道と、外輪の内周面に設けた外輪軌道との間に存在する転動体設置空間に、複数個の転動体を周方向複数箇所に等間隔に配置する、転がり軸受の転動体等配方法であって、
前記転動体を前記転動体設置空間の周方向1箇所に集めた後、該転動体設置空間の周方向1箇所に集められた前記転動体の周方向両端において、該周方向両端に位置する転動体同士の間に存在する周方向隙間に、位置ずれ防止部材を挿入した状態で、次の工程に送る、
転がり軸受の転動体等配方法。 - 内輪の外周面に設けた内輪軌道と、外輪の内周面に設けた外輪軌道との間に存在する転動体設置空間に、複数個の転動体を周方向複数箇所に等間隔に配置する、転がり軸受の転動体等配方法であって、
前記転動体を複数個ずつのブロックに分けて、前記転動体設置空間の周方向複数箇所に配置した後、それぞれのブロックの周方向両端に位置する転動体同士の間に存在する周方向隙間に位置ずれ防止部材を挿入した状態で、次の工程に送る、
転がり軸受の転動体等配方法。 - 前記転動体が玉である、請求項1又は2に記載の転がり軸受の転動体等配方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の転がり軸受の転動体等配方法を用いる転がり軸受の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の転がり軸受の転動体等配方法を用いる機械の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の転がり軸受の転動体等配方法を用いる車両の製造方法。
