Description

Claims (10)
- 中空繊維膜を製造する方法であって、
(a)溶媒、溶解性シリカナノ粒子、及び膜形成ポリマーを含む少なくとも1種のコーティング組成物を形成するステップ、
(b)前記少なくとも1種のコーティング組成物をフィラメントにコーティングするステップ、
(c)前記フィラメントにコーティングした前記コーティング組成物又は前記コーティング組成物の相反転を実行するステップ、
(d)前記溶解性シリカナノ粒子を溶解させ、及び前記コーティングしたフィラメントから前記フィラメントを除去して中空繊維膜を得るステップ、並びに
(e)(d)で得た前記中空繊維膜を洗浄するステップ
を含み、
前記溶解性シリカナノ粒子は、(1)水酸化アンモニウムと組み合わせて、第Ia族又は第IIa族の金属の塩の存在下で又はメタロイド化合物の存在下で、水媒体中でオルトケイ酸塩とアルコール又はアルコールの混合物とを反応させるステップ、及び(2)得られるナノ粒子を単離するステップを含む方法により調製され、1.93〜1.96g/cm3の粒子密度を有する、
方法。 - 第1のコーティング組成物及び第2のコーティング組成物であって、それぞれが(a)における溶媒、溶解性シリカナノ粒子のセット、及び膜形成ポリマーを含む第1のコーティング組成物及び第2のコーティング組成物を形成するステップ、並びに
前記第1の及び第2のコーティング組成物を(b)における前記フィラメントにコーティングするステップ
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のコーティング組成物中における前記溶解性シリカナノ粒子の粒径が前記第2のコーティング組成物中における前記溶解性シリカナノ粒子の粒径と異なる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティング組成物中における前記膜形成ポリマーが前記第2のコーティング組成物中における前記膜形成ポリマーと異なる、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティング組成物中における前記溶媒が前記第2のコーティング組成物中における前記溶媒と異なる、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラメントがポリマーフィラメントである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィラメントを剥離剤で前処理している、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種のコーティング組成物を浸漬コーティングによりコーティングする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記相反転を、前記コーティングしたフィラメントを加熱することにより実行する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 流体をろ過する方法であって、前記流体を請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる中空繊維膜に通すステップを含む方法。
