- (i)第1の微多孔質表面、

(d)ナノ粒子を溶解させ、外縁を有する細孔の第1のセットであり、第1の制御された細孔径を有する六方充填された細孔の第1のセットと、前記細孔の第1のセットの前記外縁に連結している細孔の第2のセットであり、第2の制御された細孔径を有する細孔の第2のセットと、前記細孔の第1のセットを支持しているポリマーマトリックスとを含み、前記第1の制御された細孔径が前記第2の制御された細孔径よりも大きく、前記六方充填された細孔の第1のセット同士が前記第2のセットを通して連結している第1の領域、及び、細孔の第3のセットであり、非対称的な細孔構造を有し第3の制御された細孔径を有する細孔の第3のセットを含み、前記第3の制御された細孔径が前記第1の制御された細孔径よりも少なくとも10%大きく、又は少なくとも10%小さい第2の領域、並びに、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域との間に配置された、第4の制御された細孔径を有する六方充填された細孔の第4のセットを少なくとも有する追加の領域を含み、前記細孔の第4のセットが、外縁を有し、前記追加の領域が、前記細孔の第4のセットの前記外縁に連結している細孔の第5のセットであって、第5の制御された細孔径を有する細孔の第5のセットと、前記細孔の第4のセットを支持しているポリマーマトリックスとを更に含み、前記第4の制御された細孔径が前記第1、前記第2及び前記第5の制御された細孔径よりも大きく、前記六方充填された細孔の第4のセット同士が前記第5のセットを通して連結している、ナノ粒子空乏膜を得るステップ、及び
(e)前記ナノ粒子空乏膜を洗浄するステップ
