Claims (11)
- ケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に格納された、電力をワイヤレスに受信し送信するように構成されたコイルと、を含むワイヤレス電力伝達デバイスを製造する方法であって、
前記コイルを前記ケーシングに導入するステップを備え、
前記方法は、
第1流動性媒体を前記ケーシングに導入するステップと、
前記第1流動性媒体を硬化させ、前記コイルを包む前記ケーシングの第1部分を占有する硬化した第1流動性媒体を形成するステップと、
前記第1流動性媒体の密度より小さな密度を有する第2流動性媒体を前記ケーシングに導入し、前記第2流動性媒体を硬化させ、硬化した第2流動性媒体を形成するステップと、
を備え、
前記硬化した第2流動性媒体は、前記ケーシングの第2部分を占有し、
前記第2部分は、前記第1部分に近接して位置することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1流動性媒体はエポキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2流動性媒体は、エポキシ樹脂と前記エポキシ樹脂よりも低い密度を有する第2材料との混合である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2流動性媒体を導入する前記ステップは、前記第1流動性媒体が硬化した後に実行される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤレス電力伝達デバイスは強磁性アンテナコアをさらに含み、前記方法は、
前記第1流動性媒体が硬化すると前記硬化した第1流動性媒体内に前記コイルが保持されるように、前記第1流動性媒体を前記ケーシングに導入するステップと、
前記第2流動性媒体を前記ケーシングに導入するステップと、
前記第2流動性媒体を硬化させるステップであって、前記第2流動性媒体が硬化すると、前記強磁性アンテナコアの少なくとも一部は、前記硬化した第2流動性媒体内に保持されるステップと、
を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記強磁性アンテナコアの一部は、前記硬化した第1流動性媒体内に保持される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記強磁性アンテナコアは、前記硬化した第2流動性媒体に包まれる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記コイルを前記ケーシングに導入する前記ステップの前に、所望の形状を維持するために前記ケーシングに力を加えるステップと、
前記媒体が硬化すると、加えられた前記力を前記ケーシングから除去するステップと、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ケーシングの内部から延在する突出部に前記力が加えられる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーシングの外部に真空を印加することによって前記ケーシングに前記力が加えられる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 硬化した形態の前記媒体は、加えられた前記力が除去されても前記ケーシングの前記形状を維持する、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
