Claims (13)
- 壁を有し、前記壁の内表面から複数の突出部材が延在し、かつ前記壁の前記内表面を横切って分散し、前記突出部材は、圧縮力が第1のケーシング部分に加えられる場合に、前記圧縮力を吸収するように変形するように構成
されている、第1のケーシング部分と、
電力をワイヤレスに受信または送信するように構成されたコイルであって、前記突出部材の周りに延在するコイルと、
前記コイルが格納されるチャンバを形成するように前記第1のケーシング部分に接続される第2のケーシング部分と
を備え、
前記第1のケーシング部分は、ポッティング材を用いて埋め込まれ、ポッティング材と突出部材の組合せは、前記圧縮力の下における変形の程度を制限するよう構成されている、ワイヤレス電力伝送装置。 - 前記第1のケーシング部分の前記壁は、外部圧縮力に耐えるように構成される、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記突出部材は、前記第2のケーシング部分の内表面に接しており、使用中に前記第1のケーシング部分の前記壁に加えられた外部圧縮力に耐えることが可能な材料を備える、請求項1または2に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記突出部材および前記第2のケーシング部分の内表面は、前記第1のケーシング部分の前記壁が圧縮力の下で変形する場合に接触する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 前記突出部材は、前記第1のケーシング部分の前記壁と一体的に形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 前記コイルは、前記突出部材の周りに巻かれる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記突出部材は柱を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 前記チャンバ内に位置し、少なくとも1つの前記突出部材によって所定の位置に固定される構成要素をさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- 前記構成要素は、透磁性部材、電気絶縁部材、または物理的保護部材を含むグループから選択される、請求項8に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置。
- ワイヤレス電力伝送装置を製造する方法であって、
壁を有し、前記壁の内表面から複数の突出部材が延在し、かつ前記壁の前記内表面を横切って分散し、前記突出部材は、圧縮力が第1のケーシング部分に加えられる場合に前記圧縮力を吸収するように変形するように構成されている、第1のケーシング部分を設けるステップと、
前記複数の突出部材の周りにコイルを位置付けるステップであって、前記コイルは、電力をワイヤレスに受信または送信するように構成され、前記壁は、外部圧縮力に耐えるように構成されている、ステップと、
前記コイルが格納されるチャンバを形成するように前記第1のケーシング部分に第2のケーシング部分を接続するステップと、
ポッティング材を用いて前記第1のケーシング部分を埋め込むステップと、前記圧縮力の下における変形の程度を制限するために、前記ポッティング材および前記突出部材の組合せを構成するステップとを備える方法。 - 前記複数の突出部材の周りに前記コイルを位置付けるステップは、1または複数の前記突出部材の周りに1本の導電性材料を巻くステップを備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のケーシング部分に前記第2のケーシング部分を接続する前に、少なくとも1つの前記突出部材によって所定の位置に構成要素が固定されるように、前記コイルの上に前記構成要素を位置付けるステップをさらに備える、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記突出部材は、前記第2のケーシング部分の内表面に接しており、使用中に前記第1のケーシング部分の前記壁に加えられた外部圧縮力に耐えることが可能な材料を備える、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
