Description
第1降坂条件:エンジンの実回転数が設定回転数以上、かつ、エンジン負荷率が設定割合以下
第2降坂条件:エンジンが変速機を介して車輪と連結される場合であって操縦者によって車速モードが選択される場合、実車速が選択された車速モードの許容車速以上
処理1:排気ブレーキを実行する(エンジン21からの排気の流量を低減させてエンジン21の負荷を高くする)ように排気調整機構54を制御する。
処理2:ファン用モータ39の回転数を所定値(例えば、通常時の回転数の2倍)以上とするようにファン回路38を制御する。
処理3:循環ライン41を遮断するように開閉弁43を制御する。
処理4:トルクコンバータ22の出力軸が入力軸と拘束されるようにロックアップ装置26を制御する。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (5)
- 流体継手であるトルクコンバータ、変速機およびアクスルを介して車輪に連結されるエンジンと、
前記トルクコンバータに連結されて駆動され、ブームを作動させるブームシリンダおよびバケットを作動させるバケットシリンダのそれぞれへ作動油を供給する油圧ポンプとしてのメインポンプと、
前記トルクコンバータに連結されて駆動される油圧ポンプとしてのファン用ポンプと、
前記エンジンからの排気の流量を調整する排気調整機構と、
前記排気調整機構を制御する制御装置と、
前記ファン用ポンプから作動油が供給される、前記エンジンを冷却するためのファン用モータと、
前記ファン用モータの回転数を設定するファン回路と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、以下の第1降坂条件または第2降坂条件が成立するか否かを判定し、第1降坂条件または第2降坂条件が成立する場合には、排気ブレーキを実行するように前記排気調整機構を制御するとともに、前記ファン用モータの回転数を所定値以上とするように前記ファン回路を制御する、建設機械。
第1降坂条件:エンジンの実回転数が設定回転数以上、かつ、エンジン負荷率が設定割合以下
第2降坂条件:エンジンが変速機を介して車輪と連結される場合であって操縦者によって車速モードが選択される場合、実車速が選択された車速モードの許容車速以上 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの実回転数が前記設定回転数以下の第2の設定回転数より低く、かつ、実車速が前記許容車速以下の設定車速より低くなったとき、または、アクセルペダルが踏み込まれたときに、前記排気ブレーキを解除するように前記排気調整機構を制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記メインポンプから荷役回路を経てタンクへ至る循環ラインと、
前記荷役回路よりも上流側で前記循環ラインから分岐してタンクへ至る、リリーフ弁が設けられた逃しラインと、
前記逃しラインの分岐点よりも下流側で前記循環ラインに設けられた開閉弁と、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1降坂条件または前記第2降坂条件が成立する場合には、前記循環ラインを遮断するように前記開閉弁を制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記トルクコンバータの出力軸を入力軸と拘束するか否かを切り換えるロックアップ装置をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1降坂条件または前記第2降坂条件が成立する場合には、前記トルクコンバータの出力軸が入力軸と拘束されるように前記ロックアップ装置を制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記エンジンと接続された圧縮機およびタービンを含むターボチャージャをさらに備え、
前記タービンは、可変ノズルタービンであり、
前記排気調整機構は、前記タービンのノズルの開度を変更することによって前記エンジンからの排気の流量を調整するものである、請求項1に記載の建設機械。
