Description
本発明に係る電池パックは、被動除湿気機能を利用して、電池ケーシングの内部における空気湿度を制御することを実現した。これにより、電池システムの信頼性を確保し、電気部材が動作できなくなるというリスクを低減させた。

Claims (9)
- 内部に電池モジュール及び前記電池モジュールの下部に設けられる液冷管が設置される電池ケーシングを備える電池パックであって、
前記電池ケーシングの内部にさらに多孔質通気吸湿構成が設けられ、前記多孔質通気吸湿構成は前記電池ケーシングの内部における湿気を吸収し、
前記電池ケーシングのケーシング側板に気圧平衡弁が設けられ、前記気圧平衡弁は多孔質通気吸湿剤シート材と気圧平衡弁のセパレータとを備え、前記多孔質通気吸湿剤シート材は前記気圧平衡弁のセパレータの前部と後部に設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記多孔質通気吸湿構成は前記電池ケーシングのケーシング上蓋に設けられ、前記ケーシング上蓋に形成された凝縮水が下方の電子電気素子に垂らし込むことを防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ケーシングの内部にさらに前記多孔質通気吸湿構成の湿度を検出する湿度検出プローブが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ケーシングの内部にはさらに合流板が設置され、前記合流板は前記電池ケーシングのケーシング側板と固定して接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ケーシングの内部にはさらに蓄積液の吸収領域が設置され、前記蓄積液の吸収領域は前記合流板の下部に設けられ、前記蓄積液の吸収領域内には吸液吸湿材が用いられ、前記蓄積液の吸収領域と前記合流板を組み合わせて使用することで、凝縮水と液冷管から液体が漏れ時の冷却液を集積することを特徴とする請求項4記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ケーシングの外部に向かって設置された前記多孔質通気吸湿剤シート材の吸収能力は、前記電池ケーシングの内部に向かって設置された前記多孔質通気吸湿剤シート材の吸収能力より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記気圧平衡弁は、塵埃を吸着して除去するために、着脱可能な除塵フィルタをさらに備え、前記除塵フィルタは前記電池ケーシングの外部に向かって設置された前記多孔質通気吸湿剤シート材の外側に設置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記多孔質通気吸湿構成は、化学吸湿材の顆粒を採用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の電池パック。
- 前記多孔質通気吸湿構成は、化学吸湿材の発泡構成を採用することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の電池パック。
