Description
Claims (9)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングにおける2つ以上のパイプポートと、
第1の回転軸(l)の周りで回転する複数のピストン(12)と、第2の回転軸(m1,m2)の周りで回転する複数のシリンダ(11)を含み、複数のシリンダ(11)は複数のピストン(12)のそれぞれを移動可能に収容することによって複数のロータチャンバを形成し、第1の回転軸(l)及び第2の回転軸(m1,m2)は、共通の面(V)において延在するとともに、ロータが回転する際に、前記ロータチャンバの体積が変化するように、鋭角(α)で互いに交差するロータ(14)と、
前記第2の回転軸と一致する面板中心線(m1,m2)を含み、前記ハウジングにおけるパイプポートを前記ロータチャンバと連通するために前記パイプポートのそれぞれと連通する2つ以上の面板ポート(3)を備える面板(25, 34, 50) と、
ドラムポート(6)を含み、前記面板に沿って回転するドラム板(7)であって、前記複数のシリンダ(11)が前記ドラム板に設けられ、前記複数のロータチャンバが前記ドラムポート(6)を介して前記面板ポート(3)と連通するドラム板(7)と、
前記面板及び前記共通の面の相互の位置を調節するための調節装置と、を備える流体装置であって、
前記流体装置が、前記面板(25,34)と前記ハウジングとの間にある面板軸受(30,32)を備えるとともに、
前記面板軸受(30,32)が、前記面板中心線(m1,m2)と垂直に交差する2つの回転軸(Rev2,Rev3)を有し、第2の回転軸(m1,m2)と一致する回転軸(Rev1)と2つの回転軸(Rev2,Rev3)が第1の回転軸(l)と第2の回転軸(m1,m2)の交点(M)で互いに交差し、2つの回転軸(Rev 2 ,Rev 3 )は垂直に互いに交差し、
前記面板が、回転軸(Rev1)の周りに前記面板を回転させることなく、2つの回転軸(Rev2,Rev3)の周りで所定の角度範囲内において回転でき、
前記調節装置は、前記面板を2つの回転軸(Rev 2 ,Rev 3 )の周りで回転させることにより所望の傾斜位置に調節することができることを特徴とする流体装置。 - 前記面板軸受は、球状表面が回転できる、前記面板(34,50)の球状表面(32)と前記ハウジングの凹状表面(53)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体装置。
- 前記面板軸受は、2つの回転軸(Rev2,Rev3)と一致する非平行のカルダン軸を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流体装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングに関する前記面板(25,34)の2つの回転軸(Rev2,Rev3)回りの回転を制限する制限エッジを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の流体装置。
- 前記面板は、第2の回転軸(m1,m2)に対して垂直に延在する面に存在する歯(35)を備え、前記ハウジングは、第1の回転軸(l)に対して垂直に延在する面に存在し、歯(35)と噛合する歯(37)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の流体装置。
- 前記調節装置は、前記ハウジングと前記面板(34,50)との間に設けられた支持シリンダ(43,44,56,58)を有し、支持チャネル(59,61,63)を介して、前記支持シリンダが、第2の回転軸(m1,m2)に対して前記支持シリンダの正反対に位置する前記面板ポート(3)と連通することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の流体装置。
- 前記面板ポート(3)は、前記球状表面の側に接続開口(33)を有し、前記接続開口のまわりの前記面板(34,50)が、前記ハウジングの凹状表面(53)を密閉する密閉リッジ(62)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の流体装置。
- 前記支持シリンダのそれぞれが前記ハウジングの支持表面(52)で支持され、前記支持表面が、円筒状であるとともに第1の回転軸(l)と垂直に交差する中心線を有することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の流体装置。
- 腎臓形の面板ポートを面板の球面側の接続ポートと連通するチャネル(63)の面板の平坦側における周方向の最大寸法が、前記面板ポートの径方向幅の3倍よりも小さいように、前記面板ポート(3)がリッジ(64)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の流体装置。
