Description
Claims (14)
- ハウジング(10,22,23)内に回転可能に装着された回転の第1軸(L)を有するシャフト(3)と、
前記軸に結合され、前記回転の第1軸を中心にして回転可能な第1プランジャ(28)と、
前記ハウジング内に装着され、各々圧力ラインに接続された高圧ポート(39)と低圧ポート(40)とを第1半径に有するポートプレート表面(7)を備えた、ポートプレート(8)と、
中央面内の前記回転の第1軸と交差する回転の第2軸(M)を中心にして回転可能な第1シリンダ(26)であって、完全な回転がストローク量を変化させる容積を持ったチャンバを前記第1プランジャと一緒に形成するために該第1プランジャの周囲に封止可能に嵌合される、第1シリンダ(26)と、
各々前記チャンバと共に回転可能で前記チャンバに接続され、前記チャンバを高圧ポート又は低圧ポートに接続させるためにポートプレート表面(7)に沿って回転可能なバルブ面(6)内に終端をなす、シリンダ通路(31)と、を備え、
前記中央面に垂直で、且つ、前記第1軸および第2軸と交差する第3軸(N)を中心にして前記ポートプレート8を回転させることにより、前記中央面内に配置され前記ポートプレートに力を作用させるポートプレート位置決め駆動装置(13,19,33)を用いて、ストローク量が変化させられ得る、ポンプ又は液圧モータであって、
前記ポートプレート位置決め駆動装置は、第1シリンダ(26)の方向において前記ポートプレート(8)に作用する2つの反対作用の第1液圧アクチュエータ(33)と第2液圧アクチュエータ(13)とを備えている、
ことを特徴とするポンプ又は液圧モータ。 - 前記液圧アクチュエータ(13,19,33)は、それぞれ、前記第1半径に等しいか又はそれよりも大きい半径上に位置する特定箇所で、前記ポートプレート(8)に作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記第1液圧アクチュエータ(33)は制御ユニットに接続され、前記第2液圧アクチュエータ(13)は前記高圧ポート(39)に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記ポートプレート位置決め駆動装置は、前記第1液圧アクチュエータ(33)に接続され、前記第2液圧アクチュエータ(13)と反対側に配置されて反対の作用をする第3液圧アクチュエータ(19)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記ポートプレート(8)は、前記第1液圧アクチュエータ(33)及び前記第3液圧アクチュエータ(19)に繋がる第1流路(17)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記前記ポートプレート(8)は、前記第2アクチュエータ(13)を前記高圧ポート(39)に接続する第2流路(16)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項3,4又は5に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記液圧アクチュエータ(13,19,33)により前記ポートプレート(8)に作用する力は、前記第2軸(M)に平行である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記液圧アクチュエータ(13,19,33)は各々、前記ハウジング(10,22)内に装着された第2プランジャ(1,18)と、前記第2プランジャの周りに嵌合されて前記第2軸(M)に対し垂直な平面内で封止する、カップ状の第2シリンダ(14)と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記第2シリンダ(14)は、前記ポートプレート(8)上で摺動可能および/又は封止するように支持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記第2シリンダ(14)及び/又は前記ポートプレート(8)は、前記第2シリンダと前記ポートプレートの間の大きな隙間を防止するために、スプリング及び/又は固定手段を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項7,8又は9に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記第1プランジャ(28)及び前記第1シリンダ(26)は、それぞれ、前記第2プランジャ(1;18)及び前記第2シリンダ(14)の部品とそれぞれ同一の部品を用いている、ことを特徴とする請求項7,8,9又は10に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記ポートプレート(8)は、ポートプレート表面と反対側に、ハウジング(10,23)内にポートプレートを支持する2つの丸形の坦持面(37)を備え、該丸形の坦持面は中心線として第3回転軸(N)を有し、各面は、ポートプレートの反対側に位置する高圧ポート(39)又は低圧ポート(40)に接続される開口(36,38)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から11の何れか一に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記高圧ポート(39)と反対側の丸形の坦持面(37)は、ハウジング(10,23)と丸形の坦持面との間の高圧を有する面積のポートプレート表面(7)上の投影と、バルブ面(6)とポートプレート表面との間の高圧を有する面積とが、事実上等しくなるように設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
- 前記シャフト(3)は、2組の第1プランジャ(28)を伴ったフランジ(29)を備え、これらの組は反対方向に伸長しており、前記フランジの両側には、駆動軸が貫通して延びる環状のポートプレート(8)がある、ことを特徴とする請求項1から13の何れか一に記載のポンプ又は液圧モータ。
