Claims (8)
- 油圧装置(1)であって、
ハウジング(27)と、
第1の回転軸(4)の周りを回転可能に前記ハウジング(27)内に取り付けられ、前記第1の軸に垂直に伸びるフランジ(8)を有するシャフト(2)と、
前記第1の回転軸(4)周りに等角度間隔で前記フランジ(8)に固定された複数のピストン(9)と、
容量が変化する圧縮チャンバ(11)を前記ピストン(9)と共にそれぞれ形成する複数の円筒形スリーブ(10)とを備え、
前記シャフト(2)が回転すると、前記圧縮チャンバ(11)の容量が変化するように、前記円筒形スリーブ(10)は、前記第1の回転軸(4)と鋭角で交差する第2の回転軸周りに回転可能であって、
それぞれの前記ピストン(9)は、外側がボール形状で、内側にキャビティ(25)を囲む周壁を含むピストン・ヘッド(14)を有し、
それぞれの前記ピストン(9)が、前記ピストン(9)を貫通し、前記ピストン・ヘッド(14)の前記周壁の内側に面する環状の外側を含むピストン・ピン・ヘッド(22)を有するピストン・ピン(20)によって前記フランジ(8)に固定されていることを特徴とする油圧装置(1)。 - 前記ピストン・ピン(20)は、端部が前記フランジ(8)に固定されているピストン・ピン軸(23)を有する、請求項1に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストン(9)が前記ピストン・ピン(20)の横方向から前記フランジ(8)に固定され、
一方で、緩みが、前記フランジ(8)より外で、前記ピストン・ピン(20)の横方向の前記ピストン・ピン(20)と前記ピストン(9)との間にある、請求項1又は2に記載の油圧装置(1)。 - 前記フランジ(8)は、前記ピストン・ピン(20)の横方向から前記ピストン(9)を前記フランジ(8)に固定するように、対応する前記ピストン(9)の端部が収容されるフランジ窪み(26)を備える、請求項3に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストン(9)が、前記フランジ(8)に近接する固定位置(28)で前記ピストン・ピン(20)の横方向から前記ピストン・ピン(20)に固定され、
一方で、緩みが、前記フランジ(8)から見て前記固定位置(28)より外で、前記ピストン・ピン(20)の横方向で前記ピストン・ピン(20)と前記ピストン(9)との間にある、請求項1又は2に記載の油圧装置(1)。 - スロット状のキャビティ(25)が、前記周壁の内側と前記ピストン・ピン・ヘッド(22)の外側との間にある、請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストン・ピン・ヘッド(22)の外側、及び前記ピストン・ヘッド(14)の前記周壁の内側が平行である、請求項6に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストン・ピン・ヘッド(22)がピストン・ヘッド(14)の端部から部分的に突出する、請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の油圧装置(1)。
