Claims (15)
- 筐体(27)と、前記筐体(27)に取り付けられ、第1の回転軸(4)の周りを回転可能なシャフト(2)を備える油圧装置(1)であって、
前記シャフト(2)は、前記第1の軸(4)に垂直に延在するフランジ(8)と、前記第1の回転軸(4)の周りを等角距離で前記フランジ(8)に固定された複数のピストン(9)と、体積可変のそれぞれの圧縮チャンバ(11)を形成するためにピストン(9)と連携する複数の円筒形スリーブ(10)と、を有し、
スリーブ(10)は、前記シャフト(2)を回転する際、前記圧縮チャンバ(11)の体積が変化するように、鋭角で第1の回転軸(4)と交差する第2の回転軸の周りを回転可能であり、
それぞれのピストン(9)は、ボール形状の円周の外側側面を含むピストンヘッド(14)を有し、
ピストン(9)のそれぞれは、前記ピストンヘッドを形成するピストンヘッド部材(14)と、前記フランジ(8)に固定され、前記ピストンピンヘッド部材(14)が取り付けられるピストンピン(20)と、前記ピストンピン(20)の外側側面に設置され、前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)と前記フランジ(8)に挟まれるスペーサ(26)と、を備えるモジュール構造を有する、油圧装置。 - 前記ピストンピン(20)と前記スペーサ(26)の間に遊びがある、請求項1に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記スペーサは、前記ピストンピン(20)を囲うブッシュ(26)である、請求項1または2に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ブッシュ(26)は、同心円状及び円筒形状の内側及び外側側面を有する、請求項4に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)は、前記ピストンピン(20)が延在する中央スルーホール(24)を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)は、前記中央スルーホール(24)の囲う壁と、前記ピストンピン(20)の外側表面部分の間のプレスフィッティングによって前記ピストンピン(20)の軸方向に前記ピストンピン(20)に固定される、請求項5に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンピン(20)は、部分的に前記フランジ(8)から見えるように前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)を越えて延在する、請求項5または6に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)は、前記フランジ(8)から離れて面する前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)の側面において、ピストンピン(20)の中心線の周りの円形凹部(23)を備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンピン(20)は、前記フランジ(8)に固定され、前記スルーホール(24)を通って延在するピストンピン胴部(23)と、ピストンピンヘッド(22)と、を有し、
前記ピストンピンヘッド部材(14)は、前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)と前記スペーサの(26)の間に挟まれる、請求項5に記載の油圧装置(1)。 - 前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)と前記ピストンピン胴部(23)の間に凹面遷移領域があり、
前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)と前記ピストンピンヘッド部材(14)は、前記遷移領域内で、お互いに接触する、請求項9に記載の油圧装置(1)。 - 前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)は、前記ボール形状の円周の外側側面に対向する内側側面を有する円周壁を含むカップ形状であり、壁は、前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)の円周外側側面が前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)の円周壁の内側側面に面するように、前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)が設置された空洞を囲う、請求項9または10に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)の円周壁の内側側面と前記ピストンヘッド(22)の円周の外側側面の間にスロット形状空洞(25)がある、請求項11に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンヘッド(22)の外側側面と前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)の円周壁の内側側面は、円周方向に平行である、請求項12に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンピンヘッド(22)は、前記フランジ(8)から見えるように、前記ピストンヘッド部材(14)を越えて部分的に延在する、請求項9乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(1)。
- 前記ピストンピン(20)の端部は、前記フランジ(8)に固定される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の油圧装置(1)。
