Description
Claims (13)
- 第1前方プレートと第2前方プレートとを有する外側筐体と、
前記第1前方プレートおよび前記第2前方プレートにより主軸の周りで回転可能に支えられるシャフトと、
前記主軸周りで前記シャフトと共に回転可能な第1ロータ本体と、前記第1ロータ本体に固定されたそれぞれの球状リングヘッドを含む複数の第1ピストンとを有する第1ロータと、
第2ロータ本体と、それぞれの球状リングヘッドを含む複数の第2ピストンとを有し、前記主軸に対して傾いた二次軸周りに回転可能な第2ロータと、
互いに別個で独立している複数のスリーブであって、各スリーブが、対向し合う端で開放されており、対向し合う側で、第1ピストンにより、および第2ピストンにより係合されるシリンダを有し、前記第1ピストンの、および前記第2ピストンの前記球状リングヘッドは、前記シリンダと液圧封止接触し、各スリーブが、前記シリンダの縦軸に対して直交するそれぞれの横断対称面を有する、複数のスリーブと、
個々の前記複数のスリーブの前記横断対称面が共通の基準面に一貫して収まるように、前記複数のスリーブとの間に隙間を有することができる状態で前記複数のスリーブに係合し、前記複数のスリーブを拘束するガイドデバイスと
を備える、液圧機械。 - 前記ガイドデバイスは、前記複数のスリーブの外面に形成されたそれぞれのリング状溝に係合する複数の半円シートを有するガイドプレートを有し、
前記リング状溝は、前記複数のスリーブの縦軸と同軸であり、それぞれの横断対称面に対して対称である、請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記ガイドデバイスは、前記シャフトと同軸である、前記第1ロータと前記第2ロータとの間に配置された当接リングを有し、
前記当接リングは、前記ガイドプレートの長方形の断面を有するそれぞれの放射状歯と係合する幹が設けられたそれぞれの支持足部が当接する凸球状外面を含む、
請求項2に記載の機械。 - 前記第2ロータ本体には、前記当接リングの前記凸球状外面に当接する複数の球面が設けられる、請求項3に記載の機械。
- 圧縮された弾性要素が、前記当接リングと前記第1ロータ本体との間に配置される、請求項4に記載の機械。
- 前記第2ロータ本体は、前記第2前方プレートの円筒状シート内に収納された、前記第2ロータの回転の前記二次軸の角度を変化させるアクチュエータと関連付けられた調整板により支えられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記第1ロータおよび前記第2ロータは、前記第1ロータ本体により支えられる第1セットの前方歯と、前記第2ロータ本体により支えられる第2セットの前方歯とを含む定速デバイスにより互いに対して回転するよう接続され、
前記第1セットの前方歯および前記第2セットの前方歯は、複数の回転体と協働するそれぞれの側面を有する、請求項1に記載の機械。 - 前記ガイドデバイスは、前記複数のスリーブの外面に形成されたそれぞれのリング状溝に係合する複数の半円シートを有するガイドプレートを有し、
前記リング状溝は、前記複数のスリーブの縦軸と同軸であり、それぞれの横断対称面に対して対称であり、
前記ガイドデバイスは、前記シャフトと同軸である、前記第1ロータと前記第2ロータとの間に配置された当接リングを有し、
前記当接リングは、前記ガイドプレートの長方形の断面を有するそれぞれの放射状歯と係合する幹が設けられたそれぞれの支持足部が当接する凸球状外面を含み、
前記複数の回転体は、前記ガイドデバイスの複数の前記支持足部のそれぞれの幹に回転可能に搭載される、請求項7に記載の機械。 - 前記複数の第1ピストンは、複数の入口/出口液圧流体導管と連通する前記第1前方プレートの複数の口と周期的に流体連通となる、前記第1ロータ本体の複数の開口部と複数の前記シリンダを接続するそれぞれの穴を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記複数の第2ピストンは、前記調整板に形成された複数の貫通開口部と周期的に流体連通となる、前記第2ロータ本体の複数の開口部と複数の前記シリンダを接続するそれぞれの開口部を有し、
前記複数の貫通開口部は、同様に、前記第2前方プレートの複数の口と流体連通した状態で配置され、複数の入口/出口液圧流体導管と連通する、請求項6に記載の機械。 - 複数の前記支持足部は、前記当接リングに対して前記ガイドプレートを拘束し、これにより、前記共通の基準面は、前記当接リングの前記凸球状外面の中央を、および、複数の前記シリンダの中央を一貫して通り、
前記当接リングは、前記第1ロータと前記第2ロータとの間で拘束される、請求項3に記載の機械。 - 複数の前記支持足部は、前記当接リングに対して前記ガイドプレートを拘束し、これにより、前記共通の基準面は、前記ガイドプレートの中央面と一致する、請求項3に記載の機械。
