Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 出力軸ハウジングとバルブハウジングセクションとを含むハウジングアセンブリであって、前記出力軸ハウジングは出力軸を回転可能に支持するよう構成され、前記バルブハウジングセクションは流体入口と流体出口を画定するハウジングアセンブリと、
前記ハウジングアセンブリに関連付けられ、リング部材と星形部材を含む容積移送式装置であって、前記星形部材が、回転軸に対する相対的周回及び回転運動のため、前記リング部材内で偏心して配置され、前記周回及び回転運動によって膨張及び縮小する流体容積室を画定する容積移送式装置と、
バルブスプールを含むバルブ機構であって、前記バルブスプールが前記バルブハウジングセクションに回転可能に配置され、前記ハウジングアセンブリと協働して、前記流体入口と前記膨張する流体容積室との間、及び前記縮小する流体容積室と前記流体出口との間で、流体連通を提供するバルブ機構と、
前方端及び後方端を有し、前記後方端に中空部を含む主駆動軸であって、前記前方端で前記出力軸に係合し、前記後方端で前記星形部材に係合し、前記出力軸と前記リング部材との間でトルクを伝達する主駆動軸と、
前方端と後方端を有するバルブ駆動軸であって、前記バルブ駆動軸が、少なくとも部分的に前記主駆動軸の前記中空部内で受けられ、前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方端において前記中空部内で前記主駆動軸に係合し、前記バルブ駆動軸が前記バルブ駆動軸の前記後方端で前記バルブスプールに係合し、前記主駆動軸と前記バルブスプールとの間でトルクを伝達するバルブ駆動軸と、を備える回転流体圧力装置。 - 前記主駆動軸と前記バルブ駆動軸との間の前記係合が、前記容積移送式装置に概ね整列している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記主駆動軸との、その前記中空部内での前記バルブ駆動軸の前記係合が、前記容積移送式装置の軸方向端面によってそれぞれ画定される、対向する面の間に配置されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ駆動軸が前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方端に外向きに形成される前方スプラインを有し、前記主駆動軸の前記中空部が前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方スプラインに係合するよう構成された内側スプラインを有する、請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記主駆動軸がその前記後方端で外向きに形成される後方スプラインを有し、前記星形部材がその内周面上に形成される内側スプラインを有し、前記主駆動軸の前記後方スプラインに係合するよう構成される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記主駆動軸の前記中空部の前記内側スプラインと前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方スプラインとの間の前記係合が、前記主駆動軸の前記後方スプラインと前記星形部材の前記内側スプラインとの間の前記係合に概ね整列している、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記主駆動軸が前記主駆動軸の前記前方端に外向きに形成された前方スプラインを有し、前記出力軸が前記主駆動軸の前記前方スプラインに係合するよう構成された内側スプラインを有する、請求項1−6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ駆動軸が、その前記後方端に外向きに形成された後方スプラインを有し、前記バルブスプールがその内周に対して形成された内側スプラインを有し、前記バルブ駆動軸の前記後方スプラインに係合するよう構成された、請求項1−7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方スプラインが冠状スプラインであり、前記中空部の前記内側スプラインが直線状スプラインである、請求項5−8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記主駆動軸の前記後方スプラインが冠状スプラインであり、前記星形部材の前記内側スプラインが直線状スプラインである、請求項5−9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記星形部材との前記主駆動軸の前記係合及び前記主駆動軸と前記バルブ駆動軸との前記係合を保持し、前記スプールバルブのリフトオフを防止するよう構成された駆動リテーナをさらに備える、請求項1−10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記星形部材が前記容積移送式装置の前記リング部材周りを回転及び周回するとき、前記駆動リテーナが前記星形部材の軸方向端面に接触するよう配置され、構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブ駆動軸が所定の位置に取り付けられるとき、前記駆動リテーナが、前記バルブ駆動軸のステムが貫通するよう構成された開口部を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 前記星形部材、前記主駆動軸、及び前記バルブ駆動軸が共に前記容積移送式装置の前記リング部材に対して周回するとき、前記駆動リテーナの前記開口部が、前記主駆動軸の前記中空部内で前記バルブ駆動軸の前記前方端を保持するよう構成される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動リテーナの前記開口部が直径を有する孔として構成され、取付中は前記バルブ駆動軸が前記孔を貫通するよう、前記孔の前記直径が前記前方端における前記バルブ駆動軸の最大直径よりも大きく、前記バルブ駆動軸が前記容積移送式装置の前記リング部材周りを回転及び周回するときは、前記孔の前記直径が前記前方端で前記バルブ駆動軸によって画定される、最大の、最も外側のトレースよりも小さい、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
