Claims (9)
- a. 媒体と、ガラスフリットと、ガラス‐セラミック粉末とを含むスラリーを提供するステップであって、前記ガラスフリットおよび前記ガラス‐セラミック粉末が前記媒体に分散しており、前記ガラス‐セラミック粉末の前記フリットに対する質量比が0.05〜0.90の範囲にある、スラリーを提供するステップ;
b. 前記スラリーを本体素地へと形成するステップ;及び
c. 前記本体素地を焼成して、イオン交換可能なガラスセラミック本体を形成するステップ、
を含む、ガラス‐セラミック本体を作製する方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミック粉末は、Li2O‐Al2O‐SiO2系、MgO‐Al2O3‐SiO2系及びZnO‐Al2O3‐SiO2系のうち少なくとも1つの化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスセラミック粉末は、ゼロ未満の熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスフリットは、アルカリアルミノシリケートガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記媒体は有機バインダを含み、該有機バインダは、マルトデキストリン、ポリビニルアルコール、コーンスターチ、セルロース誘導体又はこれらの組合せを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体素地の形成は、射出成形、焼結鍛造、鋳造及び加圧のうち少なくとも1つにより前記スラリーをある形状にするステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスセラミック本体をイオン交換するステップを更に含み、
イオン交換されたガラスセラミック本体は、少なくとも300MPaの圧縮応力下の層を有し、該層は前記ガラスセラミック本体の表面から少なくとも40マイクロメートルの層深さまで延在することを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ガラスセラミック本体は、湾曲表面部分、凹状表面部分、凸状表面部分のうち少なくとも1つを含む三次元形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記本体素地の焼成を880℃〜1150℃の範囲の温度で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から8いずれか1項に記載の方法。
