Description
しかし、前記のような二重ステントは、前記内部ステントと前記外部ステントとを相互間に結合させる別の連結ワイヤが必要であるだけでなく、コート過程によって被膜を形成するので、ステントを曲げられた内腔の形状に応じて曲げる場合、被膜が破れることがある。従って、製造過程が煩雑で且つコストが高いという問題点がある。
前記第1胴体部110は、内腔の狭窄部位を拡張させる基本骨組をなす。前記第2胴体部120は、ステントが狭窄部位に移植された後、組織が侵して組織とステントの構造物が重なってステントが移動することを防止する。前記金属ワイヤは、形状記憶合金から構成されることができ、前記形状記憶合金は、ニチノール(nitinol)であることができるが、これに限定されるものではない。前記第1胴体部110と前記第2胴体部120とを構成する金属ワイヤの太さは、同一であることもでき、異なることもあり得る。
前記仕上げ部160は、第2胴体部120に形成され、ステント編みを仕上げる場合、仕上げバンド161によって仕上げ処理された部分である。前記仕上げバンド161は、第1拡管部131と第2拡管部132とのうちのいずれかと近い箇所に位置されている。本発明の一実施例による仕上げバンド161は、第1拡管部131と近い箇所に位置する。前記仕上げバンド161は、除去と装着が難しくない。
本発明の一実施例によれば、前記引き出しガイド170は、前記拡管部の先端に円周方向に形成された菱状の空間部133にジグザグに通過して前記拡管部131を固定し、引き出しガイド170を引っ張ると、前記拡管部131が窄む。従って、前記引き出しガイド170は、拡管部131と第1胴体部110とを直径が第1胴体部110よりも小さいチューブ180の内部にガイドすることができる。

Claims (6)
- 金属ワイヤを編んで形成される中空円筒状の第1胴体部と、
金属ワイヤを編んで形成され、前記第1胴体部を取り囲む中空円筒状の第2胴体部と、
前記第1胴体部と前記第2胴体部との両端を一体に形成する拡管部と、
前記第1胴体部と前記第2胴体部との間に挿入され、前記第1胴体部の外側を包み、前記第1胴体部の長さ方向に伸縮できるように横にしわを備える被膜と、
前記拡管部にコートされるコート膜と、を含み、
前記被膜と前記コート膜とは、一定部分重なることを特徴とする、
ステント。 - 前記被膜と前記コート膜とは、PTFE、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリオレフイン、HDPE、及びePTFEから構成された郡のうちから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 形状記憶合金からなるワイヤを編んで形成される中空円筒状の第1胴体部と、前記第1胴体部を取り囲む第2胴体部と、前記第1胴体部と前記第2胴体部との両端を一体に形成する拡管部と、を含むステントに熱処理を進行する第1ステップと、
前記第2胴体部の一端から前記拡管部と近くの仕上げ部のワイヤを円周方向に解くと、前記円筒状の第2胴体部が2つの部分に分離されながら、開口が形成される第2ステップと、
前記仕上げ部と近い前記拡管部の先端を引き出しガイドに固定する第3ステップと、
前記引き出しガイドを前記第1胴体部の直径よりも小さい直径を有するチューブに通過させて引き出すと、前記仕上げ部と近い前記拡管部と前記第1胴体部とが前記チューブの内部に入り、前記チューブは、前記開口を介して前記第1胴体部と前記第2胴体部との間に挿入されながら、前記チューブと前記第2胴体部との間に挿入空間が構成される第4ステップと、
前記チューブを介して前記挿入空間に被膜を挿入し、前記チューブを除去すると、前記被膜が前記第1胴体部と前記第2胴体部との間に挿入される第5ステップと、
解けた前記ワイヤを再び編んで前記第2胴体部を一体に形成する第6ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、
ステントの製造方法。 - 更に、前記第6ステップの後、前記拡管部をコート材でコートしてコート膜を形成する第7ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のステントの製造方法。
- 前記被膜と前記コート膜とは、一定部分重なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステントの製造方法。
- 前記被膜と前記コート膜とは、PTFE、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリオレフイン、HDPE、及びePTFEから構成された郡のうちから選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステントの製造方法。
