Description
Claims (16)
- 回転軸(22)の周りに回転方向(21)に回転可能な切削部(11;61)であって、前記切削部(11;61)はドリルビット(10;60)のドリルシャフト部(12;62)に結合されるように設けられ、
1つの環状部(13)と、
前記環状部(13)の第1の端部に固定されている、1つ以上の切削素子(14)と、
前記切削素子(14)に向いていない側の前記環状部(13)の端部に結合されている1つの差込素子(15)と、
を備え、
前記差込素子(15)は、1つの横スリット(33)および1つの結合スリット(34)を有する、少なくとも1つのスリット形状の陥凹部(26)を備え、当該横スリット(33)は前記回転軸(22)に対して直角な方向に配設されており、かつ前記結合スリット(34)を介して前記差込素子(15)の上端部(35)と結合されており、
前記環状部(13)から前記外側差込素子(15)までの遷移部に設けられた環状の突き当て肩部(49)を備え、前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向において前記横スリット(33)から前記環状の突き当て肩部(49)までの下側距離(A1,u)を有している、
ことを特徴とする切削部。 - 前記差込素子(15)は、3つ以上のスリット形状の陥凹部(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記差込素子(15)は、前記回転軸(22)に対して直角な方向に外径(d1,a)および内径(d1,i)を備え、かつ前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向に長さ(l1)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記差込素子(15)の前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向の長さ(l1)は、少なくとも18mmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の切削部。
- 前記差込素子(15)の前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向の長さ(l1)は、28mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の切削部。
- 前記横スリット(33)は、前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向に、少なくとも3mmの前記環状部(13)までの下側距離(A1,u)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記横スリット(33)の前記環状部(13)までの前記下側距離(A1,u)は、5mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の切削部。
- 前記横スリット(33)は、1つの捕捉領域(37)と1つの安全領域(38)とを備え、前記捕捉領域(37)は、前記結合スリット(34)の前記回転方向(21)に向いた側で前記結合スリット(34)と結合しており、前記安全領域(38)は、前記結合スリット(34)の前記回転方向(21)に向いていない側で前記結合スリット(34)と結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記捕捉領域(37)の幅(B1)および前記安全領域(38)の幅(B2)は、一致することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の切削部。
- 前記捕捉領域(37)の幅(B1)は、前記安全領域(38)の幅(B2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の切削部。
- 前記結合スリット(34)の高さ(h)は、前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向で少なくとも10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記結合スリット(34)の高さ(h)は、前記回転軸(22)に対して平行な方向で13mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の切削部。
- 前記環状部(13)は内面および外面の少なくともどちらか一方にガイド部(44)を備え、前記ガイド部(44)は、前記切削素子(14)の内側縁部(32)および外側縁部(31,32)の少なくともどちらか一方に面揃えして接続していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。
- 前記ガイド部(44)の長さ(m)は、前記回転軸(22)に平行な方向で4mmより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の切削部。
- 前記差込素子(15)は、1つの溝(65)を備え、当該溝は軸方向で前記スリット形状の陥凹部(26)の位置に配設され、前記ドリルシャフト部(62)は、凸部(66)を備え、
前記切削部が前記ドリルシャフト部に結合された状態において、前記凸部が前記溝に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削部。 - 前記溝(65)は、環状に形成されており、前記回転軸(22)に対して直角な平面に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の切削部。
