Description
(2)装置の生コン定量フィーダーの容量を大きくすることで、数台のアジテータ搭載の余剰生コンを同時に処理することが可能になる。
(3)前記における制御を自動化することで余剰生コンを集約化して、無人化に近い状態で稼働することが可能になる。
(4)連続作業になるため、排出された団粒化物の処理作業も容易になる。
(1)余剰生コンを処理する場合においては、団粒化することで流動性が失われるため、バックフォウ等のショベルでの積み込み、ダンプトラックによる運搬、ベルトコンベヤの移送が即時に行える。
(2)生コン工場等で余剰生コンを希釈・分級して骨材を回収する方法から、一部でも団粒化技術を応用してRC(再生路盤材)の製造に利用することで、スラリー分の処理量の削減により、水処理・脱水処理設備の小規模化が可能になる。また、RCの販売による利益も見込める。
(3)余剰生コンを硬化させコンクリート化した状態で、破砕処理を施し、分級して骨材を採集するような方法においては、本技術を応用して余剰生コンを団粒化後に固化することで、破壊エネルギー量を抑えることが可能になり破砕作業の簡素化と設備の小規模化が可能になる。
(4)さらに、固まるまでの時間を待たずに即時に分級することも可能になる。これにより、破砕作業工程は省略される。
(5)余剰生コンを路盤材等に利用するような場合においては、硬化後に破砕するような作業をせずに団粒化した余剰な生コンを解すだけで利用可能になる。
1)予め、余剰生コンの性状から添加する団粒化剤の単位添加量(kg/m3)を設定することで、余剰生コンの供給量に見合う団粒化吐出量が決定する。余剰生コンの性状とは、生コンの流動性の状態で、例えば、コンクリート試験のスランプ値や水分量を目安とする。一般にコンクリート技術者の場合、生コンを目視して大凡の判断ができる。
上記の1)〜3)により、団粒化剤および助材の添加量を設定した。

Claims (3)
- 回転軸に撹拌用としてパドル形状の翼を、送り用としてスクリュー形状の翼を装備して、投入する余剰生コンや泥状土と高分子団粒化剤を、攪拌し、排出する団粒化装置であり、装置のケーシングであるU字トラフを、ゴム製ケーシングの厚さは9mm以上で、ケーシング材として使用するゴムは天然ゴムが50%の以上であり、JIS K 6253におけるゴム硬度A50以下、旧JIS K6301におけるゴム硬度50Hs以下である、ゴム製とし、また、回転軸は毎分100rpm以上で回転させる撹拌装置に、
ホッパーを有し、スクリューによる余剰生コンや泥状土の定量供給装置を付設し、
さらに、団粒化剤タンクから配管によりポンプを介して事前にエマルジョン化させた高分子団粒化剤を添加する団粒化剤量の可変添加可能な団粒化剤添加装置を付設した
ことを特徴とした連続式団粒化撹拌装置。 - 回転軸はパドル形状の翼とスクリュー形状の翼を含めてゴム製ケーシングの底部に位置させ、U字トラフは回転軸上方に空間を有する請求項1記載の連続式団粒化撹拌装置。
- 助材添加フィーダーを付設する請求項1または請求項2に記載の連続式団粒化撹拌装置。
