Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the remaining of mixing materials in apertures by obviating the need to provide apertures between a stirring mechanism and a circumferential wall by the procedure in which at least and bottom of a mixing chamber is made of a flexible membranous material and the flexible membranous material is deformed by bending with the working of the stirring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In the mixing chamber 10 equipped with the screw type stirring mechanism 1, the bottom and its both sides between the end plates attached to its both sides are surrounded with the flexible membranous material 2. The bottom of the mixing chamber is provided with the rotary shaft 7 fitted with the plural cam parts 6. The top portion of the cam part 6 pushes the flexible membranous material 2 into the mixing chamber 10 on the one hand and both ends of the flexible membranous material 2 pushed out are bent by the projection of the screw 11 on the other. Such a working mechanism quadually moves from one side of the mixing chamber 10 to the other side as a series of the cam parts rotate.
