Description
Claims (7)
- 磁性材により形成され対向配置される第1コア及び第2コアであって、それぞれ板状のベース部と、前記ベース部の同じ側の側面から突出する複数の脚部とを含む第1コア及び第2コアと、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアの対向面側に形成された2つの凹部であって、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記ベース部の側面と2つの前記脚部の側面とによって形成された2つの凹部を有する部分によって形成される空間であるコイル通路と、シート状磁性体と、を含む結合コア部材と、第1コイル及び第2コイルとを備え、
前記シート状磁性体は、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記2つの脚部のうち、一方の脚部が連結された一方脚部連結部において、前記第1コアの前記一方の脚部と前記第2コアの前記一方の脚部とでブロック状の中間コアを介して挟み込まれるコア間結合部と、前記コア間結合部に連結されたコイル間配置部とを有し、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルは、それぞれ前記コイル通路を通って前記2つの脚部のうち他方の脚部に巻回され、軸方向において前記コイル通路内で、互いに1巻き部分が交互に配置されるように重ね巻きされ、
前記コイル間配置部は、前記コア間結合部から前記コイル通路内に延びて、前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルの前記軸方向の間に配置される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 請求項1に記載の磁気結合リアクトルにおいて、
前記2つの脚部の一方の脚部は外側脚部であり、
前記2つの脚部の他方の脚部は中間脚部であり、
前記第1コア及び前記第2コアは、
それぞれ前記ベース部の前記外側脚部及び前記中間脚部と同じ側の側面から突出し、前記中間脚部に対し前記外側脚部と反対側に形成された第2外側脚部とを含み、
前記結合コア部材は、
前記第1コア及び前記第2コアの対向面側に形成された2つの第2凹部であって、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記ベース部の側面と前記中間脚部と前記第2外側脚部とによって形成された2つの第2凹部を有する部分によって形成される空間である第2コイル通路と、第2シート状磁性体とを含み、
前記第2シート状磁性体は、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記第2外側脚部が連結された部分である第2外側脚部連結部において、前記第1コアの前記第2外側脚部と前記第2コアの前記第2外側脚部とでブロック状の第2中間コアを介して挟み込まれる第2コア間結合部と、前記第2コア間結合部に連結された第2コイル間配置部とを有し、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルは、それぞれ前記コイル通路及び前記第2コイル通路を通って前記中間脚部に巻回され、
前記第2コイル間配置部は、前記第2コア間結合部から前記第2コイル通路内に延びて、前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルの前記軸方向の間に配置される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 請求項1に記載の磁気結合リアクトルにおいて、
前記2つの脚部の一方の脚部は外側脚部であり、
前記2つの脚部の他方の脚部は中間脚部であり、
前記第1コア及び前記第2コアは、
それぞれ前記ベース部の前記外側脚部及び前記中間脚部と同じ側の側面から突出し、前記中間脚部に対し前記外側脚部と反対側に形成された第2外側脚部とを含み、
前記結合コア部材は、
前記第1コア及び前記第2コアの対向面側に形成された2つの第2凹部であって、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記ベース部の側面と前記中間脚部と前記第2外側脚部とによって形成された2つの第2凹部を有する部分によって形成される空間である第2コイル通路とを含み、
前記シート状磁性体は、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアのそれぞれにおける前記第2外側脚部が連結された部分である第2外側脚部連結部において、前記第1コアの前記第2外側脚部と前記第2コアの前記第2外側脚部とでブロック状の第2中間コアを介して挟み込まれる第2コア間結合部と、前記第2コア間結合部に連結された第2コイル間配置部と、前記第1コア及び前記第2コアの間の隙間内に配置され、前記コイル間配置部及び前記第2コイル間配置部を連結する中間連結部とを有し、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルは、それぞれ前記コイル通路及び前記第2コイル通路を通って前記中間脚部に巻回される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の磁気結合リアクトルにおいて、
前記シート状磁性体は、前記結合コア部材を前記軸方向の一方側から見た場合に、前記結合コア部材において、前記シート状磁性体を除く部分と重なる部分にのみ配置される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 請求項4に記載の磁気結合リアクトルにおいて、
前記結合コア部材を前記軸方向における前記シート状磁性体と一致する部分で切断して見た場合に、前記シート状磁性体は、前記コイル通路の両端開口の間の接続を遮断するように配置される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 請求項5に記載の磁気結合リアクトルにおいて、
前記結合コア部材を前記軸方向における前記シート状磁性体と一致する部分で切断して見た場合に、前記シート状磁性体は、前記コイル通路の両端開口間の一部にのみ配置される、磁気結合リアクトル。 - 1次回路と、前記1次回路に対し変圧器で磁気結合される2次回路とを備える電力変換装置であって、
前記1次回路または前記2次回路は、
直列接続される2つの第1スイッチング素子を有する第1アームと、
直列接続される2つの第2スイッチング素子を有する第2アームと、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1に記載の磁気結合リアクトルとを含み、
前記第1コイルの一端は、前記第1アームにおいて前記2つの第1スイッチング素子間に接続され、
前記第2コイルの一端は、前記第2アームにおいて前記2つの第2スイッチング素子間に接続され、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルの他端は、前記変圧器を構成する前記1次回路側の変圧コイルの両端に接続され、
前記第1コイル及び前記第2コイルに逆相電流が流れる状態で用いられる、電力変換装置。
