Claims (6)
- 内部が液体の流路をなす筒状の本体部と、この本体部の一端開口部に開閉可能に取付けられるフラップ状の弁体と、この弁体を常時は本体部の前記一端開口部に向けて閉じる方向に付勢するバネ部材とを備え、
前記本体部は、前記弁体を開閉可能に軸支する支軸を有しており、
前記弁体は、前記支軸が挿入される軸受部を有しており、
該軸受部は、前記支軸の軸方向から見たときに、前記支軸が挿通支持される、前記支軸の外径よりも大きな内径の軸受孔と、前記弁体のシール面側に開口し、前記支軸の外径よりも小さい幅で、かつ、弾性的に拡径して前記支軸を導入可能な通路を介して、前記軸受孔に連通する導入溝とを有しており、
前記導入溝の前記軸受孔への開口は、前記弁体が前記本体部の一端開口部を閉じた状態で、前記支軸の軸方向から見たときに、前記軸受孔の軸心に対して、前記本体部の軸心寄りに位置ずれしていることを特徴とするフラップ弁装置。 - 前記弁体により前記本体部の一端開口部が閉塞された状態においては、前記弁体が自重によって自然に下がり、前記軸受孔の上方の内周面に前記支軸の外周面が当接し、前記軸受孔の下方の内周面と前記支軸の外周面とが離間している請求項1記載のフラップ弁装置。
- 前記軸受部は、前記導入溝の開口部の一端が前記弁体の本体部に連結され、前記導入溝の開口部の他端が前記弁体の本体部から離れており、前記軸受部の一端又はその近傍に位置する前記弁体の本体部と、前記軸受部の他端とを連結する帯状部が設けられ、この帯状部は、前記弁体のシール面側から見たとき、前記支軸の前記導入溝への挿入を妨げないように形成されている請求項1又は2記載のフラップ弁装置。
- 前記本体部は、一対の前記支軸を有していると共に、前記弁体は、該一対の支軸が挿入される一対の前記軸受部を有しており、
一対の前記支軸には、一対の前記軸受部の外側に配置され、前記軸受孔の外径方向に向けて突出する突部がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記帯状部は、前記弁体のシール面側から見たとき、前記突部が通過可能となるように形成されていると共に、前記弁体が開く方向に回動したときには、前記突部が前記帯状部から抜けないように構成されている請求項3記載のフラップ弁装置。 - 前記突部は、前記本体部の軸方向で且つ前記流路の下流側に向けて伸びている請求項4記載のフラップ弁装置。
- 前記軸受孔は、前記弁体で前記本体部の一端開口部を閉じた状態で、前記支軸の軸方向から見たときに、前記本体部の軸方向に長い長軸を有する長孔状をなしている請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のフラップ弁装置。
