Description
本出願は、その全体が引用により本明細書に取り込まれる、2012年6月21日に出願された米国特許出願第61/662,408号を基礎とする優先権を主張する。
概観と導入を述べると、本発明は少量の有機原料から少量の揮発性オイルと水性蒸留物を安全に生成するための装置および方法を対象にしている。本発明によって、一般的な家庭環境の下、小規模で短い処理時間のうちに揮発性オイルとヒドロゾルが生成される。ここに記載される処理方法や装置によりヒドロゾルや揮発性オイルを抽出する簡便な方法が提供されるが、これは特別な専門知識や装置を必要としないので、従来技術から技術が向上する。
カプセル内での少量(約60グラム)のラベンダーの蒸留は、グリッド上と比較して、33%より多量のオイルを得る。
1−「サビネン水和物」分子の2つの異性体(シスおよびトランス)が、非常に分解(脱水)しやすい化合物であると考えられるので、蒸留方法の品質を判定するために、マジョラムが使用された。
Claims (14)
- 有機物質からの揮発性オイルおよび水性蒸留物を抽出するための蒸留装置であり、
前記装置は、
液体を含み、少なくとも1つの排出口を有する容器と;
前記液体を加熱し、蒸気を発生させるために構成された加熱ユニットと;
植物を保持し、少なくとも1つの注入口および少なくとも1つの排出口を有し、前記蒸気を受け、前記蒸気と前記植物とを接触させ、浸出した蒸気を生成するために、前記注入口が前記容器の少なくとも1つの排出口と連結される着脱可能なカプセルと;
前記カプセルの少なくとも1つの排出口に連結され、前記浸出した蒸気を凝縮点まで冷却し、凝縮液を生成するために構成された凝縮器と;
凝縮液から揮発性オイルと、水性蒸留物とを分離し除去するための前記凝縮器と流体連通する分離ユニットとを含み、
前記カプセルは、前記注入口を囲み、前記カプセルの床底部の周縁に沿って形成された周囲集液溝部を含み、
前記カプセルは、前記床底部に取り付けられ前記床底部から隆起している複数の段違い部材を含み、各段違い部材は貫通する複数の孔を含み、
前記カプセルは、前記床底部の下部に設けられたベース部材をさらに含み、その一部として形成された複数のトラック状扇部材を含み、前記トラック状扇部材は前記段違い部材に対応して前記段違い部材の下部に配置される
ことを特徴とする蒸留装置。 - 前記カプセルの側面は傾斜し、前記カプセルの床底部は傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記カプセルは、円形のドーム形の上部を用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記凝縮器は、内室と;前記内室の外壁から延出する複数のウイングと;前記凝縮器の上部に配置されるファンとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記凝縮器は、前記ウイングを縦方向に被覆する前記凝縮器を被覆する円筒状の被覆外壁をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記内室の床底部は傾斜しており、前記排出口が前記床底部の下端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記内室の床底部は円形であり、内側に傾斜しており、
前記内室の床は、床の中心に配置された円状溝部を含み、
前記溝部は傾斜し、排出口が前記溝部の最下点に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蒸留装置。 - 前記内室の天井が、傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記内室の天井は、円錐形およびドーム形から選択される形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記加熱ユニットは、前記容器の底部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記加熱ユニットと、前記凝縮器と、前記分離ユニットとを含む主要構造を含み、
前記カプセルは、前記容器の上部に配置されるベース部材上に配置し、これにより、前記主要構造内の主室内に挿入するのに適合した着脱可能なジョッキ状構造体を形成し;
前記加熱ユニットは、前記主室の底面の位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。 - 前記加熱ユニットは、前記主室の底面の上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記加熱ユニットは、前記主室の底面の下方に配置されることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の蒸留装置。
- 前記液体は、水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
