Claims (7)
- 燃料パイプ接続部及びアース接続部を有する導電性のフィラーネックと、外面に導電層を形成した燃料パイプとを、前記アース接続部を用いて電気的に接続する燃料供給装置のアース構造において、
前記アース接続部は、前記フィラーネックと一体に形成した立片と、当該立片の先端に形成され、前記燃料パイプ接続部の外周に差し込んだ前記燃料パイプにより押圧されて、前記燃料パイプの外面に沿う方向に回動し、燃料パイプ押圧面を前記燃料パイプの導電層に押し付ける燃料パイプ押圧部とを有し、前記フィラーネックの本体部の前記燃料パイプ接続部と対向する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする燃料給油装置のアース構造。 - 前記立片の長さ方向の一部に、前記燃料パイプ押圧部の回動を容易にするためのヒンジ部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
- 前記燃料パイプ押圧面に、前記燃料パイプの導電層に食い込ませるための1乃至複数の接続突起を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
- 前記燃料パイプ押圧面に、複数の前記接続突起を千鳥状に配置したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
- 前記燃料パイプ押圧面に、平面形状が波形の前記接続突起を1乃至複数個形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
- 前記接続突起として、前記燃料パイプ押圧面からの突出高さが異なる複数の前記接続突起を前記燃料パイプ押圧面に形成するか、形成位置により前記燃料パイプ押圧面からの突出高さが変化する1乃至複数の前記接続突起を前記燃料パイプ押圧面に形成することを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
- 前記燃料パイプ押圧面を、前記燃料パイプ接続部の外面に沿ったV字面、湾曲面又は傾斜面に形成することを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料給油装置のアース構造。
