Claims (13)
- 加硫エラストマー製品を製造するのに使用するための微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、
複数の硬化エラストマー粒子を含み、前記複数の硬化エラストマー粒子が、
1重量%未満の40メッシュのサイズの粒子と、
少なくとも7重量%の60メッシュのサイズの粒子と、
少なくとも19重量%の80メッシュのサイズの粒子と、
少なくとも35重量%の120メッシュのサイズの粒子と、
少なくとも11重量%の140メッシュのサイズの粒子と、
少なくとも20重量%の140メッシュ未満のサイズの粒子と、を含み、
さらに非硬化エラストマー材料を含む微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。 - 請求項1に記載の微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、前記複数の硬化エラストマー粒子が、複数の硬化ゴム粒子を含む、微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。
- 請求項1に記載の微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、前記非硬化エラストマー材料が、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ポリブタジエン、天然ゴム、ニトリルゴム、ブチルゴム、またはそれらの組合せを含む、微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。
- 請求項1に記載の微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、架橋剤をさらに含む、微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。

- 請求項10に記載の微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、前記複数の化学的に修飾された硬化エラストマー粒子の化学的修飾が、前記粒子の架橋に役立つ、微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。
- 請求項1に記載の微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物において、前記複数の硬化エラストマー粒子が、低温粉砕された硬化エラストマー粒子であることを特徴とする微粉化エラストマー粉末配合物。
