Claims (5)
- 放射性物質を含む底質を浚渫し、
該浚渫した浚渫土を粗粒土と微粒土とに分級し、
該微粒土を熱処理して該微粒土に含まれる放射性セシウムを揮発させ、
該揮発した放射性セシウムを回収すると共に、
前記分級において発生した排水を両性イオン交換樹脂を用いたカラムクロマトグラフィにより放射性セシウムの濃度が高い第1の溶液と、放射性ストロンチウムの濃度が高い第2の溶液とに分離し、前記第1の溶液に含まれる放射性セシウムを吸着して回収し、前記第2の溶液に含まれる放射性ストロンチウムを濃縮して回収することを特徴とする放射性物質を含む底質の処理方法。 - 前記分級を行う前又は行うと同時に前記浚渫土に含まれる有機物を除去して熱処理工程の燃料として用いることで、該有機物に含まれる放射性セシウムを揮発させて回収することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性物質を含む底質の処理方法。
- 前記揮発した放射性セシウムを冷却して濃縮塩を回収し、
該回収した濃縮塩を水洗し、
該水洗によって得られた溶液に含まれる放射性セシウムを吸着剤に吸着させて回収することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の放射性物質を含む底質の処理方法。 - 前記分級によって得られた粗粒土、前記放射性セシウムを揮発させた後の微粒土を土工資材に用いることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の放射性物質を含む底質の処理方法。
- 放射性物質を含む底質を浚渫する浚渫装置と、
該浚渫した浚渫土を粗粒土と微粒土、又は粗粒土と微粒土と有機物とに分級する分級装置と、
前記分級した微粒土を熱処理して該微粒土に含まれる放射性セシウムを揮発させる熱処理装置と、
該揮発した放射性セシウムを回収する回収装置と、
前記分級において発生した排水を、カラムクロマトグラフィにより放射性セシウムの濃度が高い第1の溶液と、放射性ストロンチウムの濃度が高い第2の溶液とに分離する両性イオン交換樹脂と、
前記第1の溶液に含まれる放射性セシウムを吸着して回収する吸着装置と、
前記第2の溶液に含まれる放射性ストロンチウムを濃縮して回収する逆浸透膜とを備えることを特徴とする放射性物質を含む底質の処理装置。
