Claims (5)
- 하천 및 호수의 오염퇴적물을 준설, 정화하는 시스템에 있어서,이송된 오염퇴적물을 세척과 분리가 동시에 수행되도록 하는 원심분리기(200)와;상기 원심분리기에서 분리된 상등수는 혼합기(mixer)(450)로 이송되어 유기물처리제, 응집제 및 중금속처리제 중 선택되는 1종 이상의 약품을 상등수에 가하여 혼합시키는 약품처리과정을 거친 후 고형물을 침전시킨 후 탈수하는 공정을 포함하는 상등수 처리부와;상기 원심분리기(200)의 하부로는 중력낙하된 슬러리는 세척수가 채워져 연속적으로 이송과 세척이 이루어지며, 일정한 위치에서 세척수의 오버플로우(over-flow)를 방지하고 일정한 수위를 유지하기 위한 오버플로우방지 탱크(350)가 설치된 스크류(300)를 거쳐 저장되는 슬러리 처리부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 준설퇴적물의 정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원심분리기(200)는 세척수를 투입하여 와류 형성에 의하여 퇴적물을 세척하고 동시에 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 준설퇴적물의 정화시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크류(300)에 설치된 오버플로우방지 탱크(350)로 모아진 세척수는 원심분리기(200)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 준설퇴적물의 정화시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침전조(400)는 침전거리를 줄일 수 있는 경사판 원리를 적용하여 고-액분리시키는 CUE-분리기(Corrugated U-element 분리기)인 것을 특징으로 하는 준설퇴적물의 정화시스템.
