Description

・17体積%以上48体積%以下のセラミック成分;および/または
・28体積%以上58体積%以下の結合剤成分;および/または
・6体積%以上37体積%以下の細孔形成成分;および/または
・特に1体積%以上7体積%以下の分散剤成分
を含んでいてよく、前記成分は合計して特に100体積%で加えられてよい。

Claims (5)
- 塑性成形方法のためのセラミック組成物であって、
・17体積%以上48体積%以下の少なくとも1つのセラミック成分、
・28体積%以上58体積%以下の少なくとも1つの結合剤成分、および
・6体積%以上37体積%以下の少なくとも1つの細孔形成成分、
を含んでいて、セラミック成分、結合剤成分、および細孔形成成分の割合は合計して100体積%であり、
セラミック成分がケイ酸マグネシウム、Al 2 O 3 、またはZrO 2 であり、
結合剤成分がポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリアミド、ポリアクリレート、またはポリエチレンであり、
細孔形成成分がフェノール樹脂、デンプン、ヤシ殻、またはこれらの混合物であり、
前記セラミック組成物は水不含かつ溶剤不含である、前記組成物。 - 前記細孔形成成分が、繊維状に形が整えられている、請求項1に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 前記繊維が、1以下:30の直径の長さに対する比を有していて、および/または該繊維が、400μm以下の長さを有している、請求項2に記載のセラミック組成物。
- 塑性成形方法の使用下で、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のセラミック組成物を用い、かつ水及び溶媒を用いないセラミック部品の製造方法であって、該塑性成形方法が、押出法、射出成形法、ローラー成形法または平板プレス技術法からなる群から選択されている前記製造方法。
- ガス透過性の電極の製造のための請求項4に記載の製造方法。
