Description
本発明によれば、このシステムには、一次コイルを有する車外の電磁誘導式充電ユニットが含まれているが、そこでは車両が、この電磁誘導式充電ユニットのところで電磁誘導方式により車両を充電するための二次コイルを有しており、またこの電磁誘導式充電ユニットは、少なくとも一つの低周波受信アンテナを有しており、さらにアクセス制御装置によって、電磁誘導式充電ユニットの車両に対する相対的な所在位置の算出を、複数の低周波送信アンテナの内の少なくとも二つの送信アンテナと少なくとも一つの受信アンテナ間の電磁波測距測角原理により実行できるようになっている。
さらにその上に、アクセス制御装置が少なくとも二つの送信アンテナを駆動するようになっているのであれば、アクセス制御装置に第1の高周波通信ユニットが含まれており、電磁誘導式充電ユニットが電磁誘導制御装置を有しており、この電磁誘導制御装置に第2の高周波通信ユニットが含まれており、この電磁誘導制御装置が、少なくとも一つの受信アンテナに対して、電磁波測距測角測定ユニットとして割り当てられて、この少なくとも一つの受信アンテナの電磁誘導信号を測定し、この電磁誘導制御装置から、それぞれの電磁誘導信号をアクセス制御装置に向けて伝送可能であり、さらにアクセス制御装置が、演算ユニットとして、これらの電磁誘導信号を利用して、三角測量により所在位置を算出する。
多くの適用例において、ある物体(例えば車両)の別の物体(例えば車両キー)までの距離を決定するという課題を生じている。ここでは、交番電磁場の場の強さと伝播時間の測定が行われる高周波数帯域および低周波数帯域の無線技術が、この距離の決定を無線方式で行う可能性をもたらしている。車両が送信器として、車両キーが受信器として機能する、キーレスアクセスなどのような、現代の車両の無線ベースのロッキングシステムは、その一例である。
無線ベースのロッキングシステムは、複数の、車種により数が決まっている送信コイルを有しているが、これらにより低周波電磁場が発生されて、これが、車両アクセスキーの内部の、一つの好ましくは三次元コイル、または、直交する空間3方向をカバーする三つの個別コイルを組み合わせたものにより、測定されるようになっている。この測定結果から、キーの送信コイルまでの距離を決定することができる。車両内の複数の送信コイルを利用することにより、無線キーの車両を基準とした実空間位置を決定することができる。そこから、キーが車外にあるのかそれとも車内にあるのかを導出することができる。車両における幾つかの適用にとり、例えば車両の施解錠を行なったり、エンジン・オートスタート/ストップ機能のスイッチがオンになるのを妨げたりするために、この情報は有益である。充電式車両の電磁誘導式充電システムもまた、この情報を巧妙に利用することができる。
あるいはその代わりに、ほかにも、無線キーの3D受信器に対応している、三つの空間軸の全てに沿って、比肩し得る測定精度を特徴としている、三次元受信特性を有する三次元受信器、ならびに三次元送信器が導入されてもかまわない。これは、各送信器が三次元放射特性を有することを意味している。以下の一次元に関する考察も、これと同様に、三次元放射特性におけるそれ以外の空間次元にも、一次元受信特性にも、適用することができる。
第1受信器は、第1受信器の地点における第1磁場ベクトルH1を検知する。電磁誘導制御装置は、この受信器を評価して、この第1受信器の地点における、車両座標系のx方向に関する第1磁場の場の強さを表す測定信号H1,x1を放出する。
それ以外の量についても、三角測量により算定することができる。第2送信器と第1受信器間の距離を記述する区間d2は、次式として求められる。

Claims (6)
- 無線ベースの自動式車両セキュリティユニットとアクセス制御装置(21)とを具備した車両(1)を含み、さらに、前記車両セキュリティユニットに割り当てられるアクセス要素を含むシステムであって、前記車両セキュリティユニットが複数の低周波送信アンテナを有し、前記アクセス要素(30)が低周波受信器を有し、さらに前記アクセス制御装置によって、前記車両に対する前記アクセス要素の相対的な空間位置を、前記各送信アンテナと前記受信器の間の電磁波測距測角原理により算出可能であるシステムにおいて、
‐該システムに、一次コイル(4)を有する車外の電磁誘導式充電ユニット(3)が含まれていること、
‐前記車両に、前記電磁誘導式充電ユニットのところで前記車両を電磁誘導方式により充電するための二次コイル(2)が含まれていること、
‐前記電磁誘導式充電ユニットが、少なくとも一つの低周波受信アンテナ(7、8)を有していること、
‐前記一次コイル(4)に対し前記二次コイル(2)を位置決めするために、前記アクセス制御装置により、前記電磁誘導式充電ユニットの車両に対する相対的な所在位置の算出を、前記複数の低周波送信アンテナのうちの少なくとも二つの送信アンテナと前記少なくとも一つの受信アンテナの間の電磁波測距測角原理により実行可能であること、
を特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
‐電磁誘導方式による充電のために、前記二次コイルが、前記一次コイルを基準とした前記二次コイルの好ましい空間的な位置領域内にある充電位置を取ること、
‐前記充電位置を確立するために、該システムが前記所在位置および前記充電位置に基づいて、前記二次コイルが前記充電位置を取ることができるために辿ればよいとされる走行トラジェクトリを算出すること、
を特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、
‐前記アクセス制御装置が、少なくとも二つの送信アンテナを駆動すること、
‐前記アクセス制御装置に、第1の高周波通信ユニットが含まれること、
‐前記電磁誘導式充電ユニットが、電磁誘導制御装置を有すること、
‐前記電磁誘導制御装置に、第2の高周波通信ユニットが含まれること、
‐前記電磁誘導制御装置が、前記少なくとも一つの受信アンテナに対して、電磁波測距測角測定ユニットとして割り当てられて、前記少なくとも一つの受信アンテナの電磁誘導信号を測定すること、
‐前記電磁誘導制御装置から、前記各電磁誘導信号を前記アクセス制御装置に向けて伝送可能であること、
‐前記アクセス制御装置が、演算ユニットとして、前記各電磁誘導信号を利用して、三角測量により前記所在位置を算出すること、
を特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムにおいて、
‐前記所在位置に基づいて、前記アクセス制御装置または前記車両のさらに別の制御装置が前記走行トラジェクトリを算出すること、
‐前記車両が、前記走行トラジェクトリに対応した走行操作を自発的に実行するか、または前記車両が、適切なマンマシンインターフェースを介して、前記車両の運転者に向け、前記走行トラジェクトリに対応した走行操作を出力すること、
を特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項3または4に記載のシステムのための方法であって、
‐a)第1の高周波通信ユニットが、符号化された探索信号を発信する工程、
‐b)電磁誘導制御装置が前記探索信号を受信し、第2の高周波通信ユニットが符号化された肯定応答信号をアクセス制御装置に向けて発信する工程、
‐c)前記アクセス制御装置および前記電磁誘導制御装置が、少なくとも二つの送信アンテナと少なくとも二つの受信アンテナの間の初期化ルーチンを実行する工程、
‐d)前記少なくとも二つの送信アンテナが、符号化された電磁位置決め信号を放出する工程であって、その際、前記位置決め信号の磁気成分は、車両座標系に関して所定の場の配向性と、所定の場の強さとを併せ持っている、工程、
‐e)少なくとも一つの受信アンテナが、前記少なくとも二つの送信アンテナの少なくとも二つの位置決め信号を受信し、前記電磁誘導制御装置が、それぞれの位置決め信号について、その位置決め信号のコードにより前記少なくとも二つの送信アンテナのうちの一つに対する帰属関係が明確にされている磁場ベクトルを測定する工程、
‐f)前記電磁誘導制御装置が、前記磁場ベクトルを前記アクセス制御装置に向けて伝送する工程、
‐g)前記アクセス制御装置が、三角測量法に基づき、前記各受信アンテナを基準とした、前記各送信アンテナの、前記所在位置を明確に記述している局所的な状況を計算する工程、
‐h)前記アクセス制御装置または前記車両のさらに別の制御装置が、二次コイルが充電位置を取ることができるようにするために辿ればよいとされる走行トラジェクトリを算出する工程、
から成る方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
‐前記車両の走行操作の際に、前記走行トラジェクトリを更新するために、請求項5に記載の方法の工程d)からh)がリアルタイムで繰り返されること、
‐前記充電位置に到達すると、前記更新された走行トラジェクトリが停止操作を記述すること、
を特徴とする、方法。
