Description
本発明の別の態様は、自動車用のエアバッグを提供し、エアバッグは、重ね合わせた2つの織物層から形成され、層の各々は、第1の複数の糸および第2の複数の糸から織られ、第1の複数の糸の糸は、第2の複数の糸の糸と実質的に直交して配置され、織物層は、2つの層の糸を互いに織り合わせることによって少なくとも部分的に互いに接続され、エアバッグは、少なくとも1つの膨張領域であって、膨張領域を膨張させるために2つの層の間の空間にガスを導入できるように、2つの織物層は実質的に互いに接続されていない、少なくとも1つの膨張領域と、少なくとも1つの非膨張領域であって、第1の複数の糸のうちの180本の糸および第2の複数の糸のうちの152本の糸からなる区域を備え、区域内で2つの層の間に90個以下の接続が存在し、各接続において、織物層の糸は、他方の層にわたって延在して他方の層の糸の遠方側の上を通過する、少なくとも1つの非膨張領域と、を備える。
Claims (15)
- 自動車用のエアバッグであって、当該エアバッグは、重ね合わせた2つの織物層から形成され、前記層の各々は、複数の糸から織られ、前記織物層は、前記2つの層の前記糸を互いに織り合わせることによって少なくとも部分的に互いに接続され、
少なくとも1つの膨張領域であって、前記膨張領域を膨張させるために2つの層の間の空間にガスを導入できるように、前記2つの織物層は実質的に互いに接続されない構造の、当該少なくとも1つの膨張領域と、
少なくとも1つの非膨張領域であって、前記織物層のうちの1つに関して、前記織物層を形成する第1の数の糸の交差点が存在し、かつ前記2つの層の間に第2の数の接続が存在する区域を備える、当該少なくとも1つの非膨張領域とを備え、
各接続において、前記織物層の糸は、他方の層にわたって延在して前記他方の層の糸の遠方側の上を通過し、前記第2の数は、前記第1の数の0.0033倍以下である、自動車用のエアバッグ。 - 前記第2の数は、前記第1の数の0.00040倍以上である、請求項1に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記第2の数は、前記第1の数の約0.00055〜約0.0015倍である、請求項1または2に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記第2の数は、前記第1の数の約0.00080倍である、請求項3に記載のエアバッグ。
- 自動車用のエアバッグであって、前記エアバッグは、重ね合わせた2つの織物層から形成され、前記層の各々は、第1の複数の糸および第2の複数の糸から織られ、前記第1の複数の糸の糸は、前記第2の複数の糸の糸と実質的に直交して配置され、前記織物層は、前記2つの層の前記糸を互いに織り合わせることによって少なくとも部分的に互いに接続され、前記エアバッグは、
少なくとも1つの膨張領域であって、前記膨張領域を膨張させるために2つの層の間の空間にガスを導入できるように、前記2つの織物層は実質的に互いに接続されていない、少なくとも1つの膨張領域と、
少なくとも1つの非膨張領域であって、前記第1の複数の糸のうちの180本の糸および前記第2の複数の糸のうちの152本の糸からなる区域を備え、前記区域内で前記2つの層の間に90個以下の接続が存在し、各接続において、前記織物層の糸は、他方の層にわたって延在して前記他方の層の糸の遠方側の上を通過する、少なくとも1つの非膨張領域と、を備える、自動車用のエアバッグ。 - 前記区域内で前記2つの層の間に11個以上の接続が存在する、請求項5に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記区域内で前記2つの層の間に約15〜約40個の接続が存在する、請求項5または6に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記区域内で前記2つの層の間に約22個の接続が存在する、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記非膨張領域は、前記エアバッグが膨張したときに圧縮ガスを受容するように接続されていない、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記エアバッグは、前記エアバッグが膨張したときにそこを通ってガスが前記エアバッグの内側に送達される1つ以上のガス流入口を備え、前記非膨張領域を前記ガス流入口またはそれらのいずれかと接続するガス通路は存在しない、請求項9に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記エアバッグの膨張領域と前記非膨張領域との間に位置する1つ以上の継ぎ目領域をさらに備え、前記膨張領域の内側にあるガスが前記継ぎ目領域を通って前記非膨張領域の内側に到達することができないように、前記2つの層同士が継ぎ目領域にわたって接続されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記層のうちの1つに関して、前記層は、織り合わされた経糸および緯糸から形成され、前記経糸および緯糸は、実質的に互いに直交する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ。
- 一枚織り(OPW)エアバッグであり、好ましくは膨張式カーテン(IC)エアバッグである、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のエアバッグ。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のエアバッグを備える、エアバッグモジュール。
- 請求項14に記載のエアバッグモジュールを備える、自動車。
