Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る燃料噴射装置が取り付けられた内燃機関の断面図である。図1に示すように、自動車の内燃機関1は、シリンダブロック2と、シリンダブロック2の上部に接合されたシリンダヘッド3とを有する。シリンダブロック2及びシリンダヘッド3は導電性を有する金属から形成され、電気的に接地がなされている。シリンダブロック2には複数のシリンダ4が形成されており、各シリンダ4にはピストン5がシリンダ4の軸線に沿って摺動可能に受容されている。シリンダヘッド3の各シリンダ4に対向する部分には、略半球状に凹設された燃焼室凹部6が形成されている。燃焼室凹部6は、ピストン5の上面との間に燃焼室7を形成する。
以下、本発明による燃料噴射弁(装置)の第2の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。図12は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁501を備えた燃料噴射装置500の構成を示すブロック図である。燃料噴射装置500は、燃料噴射制御装置であるECU590と、燃料噴射弁501とを備えている。
(1)燃料噴射弁501は、ノズル504と、電磁コイル508と、圧力センサ560と、励磁用外部端子525と、センサ用外部端子515と、コネクタモールド体570と、信号線550とを備える。圧力センサ560は、シリンダ内の圧力を検出するために、ノズル504の先端に取り付けられている。励磁用外部端子525は、一端に電磁コイル508に電流を供給するための配線596が接続され、他端に電磁コイル508が接続される。センサ用外部端子515は、一端に圧力センサ560で検出した検出信号を取り出すための配線597が接続され、他端に信号線550が接続される。
図22および図23を参照して本発明の第3実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁701を説明する。図22は本発明の第3実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁701を示す一部破断側面模式図であり、図23は2次モールド体780が成型される前の状態を示す外観斜視図である。図中、第2実施形態と同一もしくは相当部分には同一符号を付し、説明を省略する。以下、第2実施形態との相違点について詳しく説明する。
(1)上記した実施の形態では、燃料噴射弁501の先端に取り付ける状態検出部として圧力センサ560を例に説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。たとえば、気筒(シリンダ)内の温度を測定する熱電対を状態検出部として燃料噴射弁501の先端に取り付ける場合にも本発明を適用することができる。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関本体に形成された燃焼室に臨む先端部及び前記内燃機関本体の外方に位置する基端部を有し、導電性を有して前記内燃機関本体を介して接地されたバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディの先端部に支持されて前記燃焼室の状態を検出するセンサと、
前記バルブボディの内部に収容されたアクチュエータと、
前記センサから前記バルブボディの基端側へと延びるセンサ信号伝達部材と、
前記アクチュエータから延びる駆動信号伝達部材と、
前記バルブボディの基端部にモールドされ、コネクタ部を形成する第1樹脂部と、
導電性を有し、一端に前記バルブボディの軸部の外周に巻き付けられ、前記軸部に電気的に接続された接地部を有し、少なくとも一部が前記第1樹脂部内に埋設され、前記センサ信号伝達部材と前記駆動信号伝達部材との間に配置された第1シールド部材と、
前記バルブボディ及び前記第1樹脂部にモールドされ、前記センサ信号伝達部材を覆う第2樹脂部と、
導電性を有し、前記第2樹脂部を覆うように設けられ、前記第1樹脂部から突出した前記第1シールド部材に電気的に接続された第2シールド部材とを有することを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記コネクタ部の内部に配置され、前記センサ信号伝達部材に接続される第1接続端子と、
前記コネクタ部の内部に配置され、前記駆動信号伝達部材に接続される第2接続端子と
を更に有し、
前記第1シールド部材は、前記接地部から前記コネクタ部内を突出端側へと略直線状に、前記センサ信号伝達部材と前記駆動信号伝達部材との間を通過して延びる幹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記第1シールド部材は、前記第1接続端子と前記第2接続端子との間に配置される部分を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記第2接続端子は2つ有り、前記バルブボディの軸線に直交する1つの径方向線を挟むように設けられ、前記第1接続端子は前記第2接続端子の一方に対して他方と相反する側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記第1接続端子に隣接して配置された前記第2接続端子と前記第1接続端子との距離は、2つの前記第2接続端子間の距離よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料噴射装置。
