Description
Claims (23)
- a)セラミック基質を含む多孔質マトリックス層と、
b)有機金属によってセラミック基質上に堆積された1種以上のグラフェン化合物と
を含む、膜。 - 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、多孔質マトリックス層の上の層に存在する、請求項1記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、多孔質マトリックス層に存在する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、グラフェン、官能化グラフェン、グラフェン酸化物、官能化グラフェン酸化物、還元グラフェン酸化物、官能化還元グラフェン酸化物及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、多孔質マトリックス層の上の層内のポリマーに分散されている、請求項2記載の膜。
- ポリマーがポリアミドを含む、請求項5記載の膜。
- ポリマーが、不溶化ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル)、キトサン、及びポリビニル硫酸(いずれも架橋剤有り又は無し)、並びにN−イソプロピルアクリルアミド(アクリル酸又はアクリルアミド有り又は無し)からなる群から選択される、請求項5記載の膜。
- ポリマーが、不溶化ポリビニルアルコールである、請求項5記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、アミン又は塩化カルボニル基で官能化されたグラフェン化合物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、ポリエチレングリコールで官能化されたグラフェン化合物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、塩化アシル又は塩化スルホニル基で官能化されたグラフェン化合物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、アミン、塩化カルボニル、塩化アシル及び塩化スルホニルからなる群から選択される1種以上の官能基で官能化されたグラフェン化合物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の膜。
- トップコート層をさらに含む、請求項2記載の膜。
- 多孔質マトリックス層と、1種以上のグラフェン化合物を含む層との間に、中間緻密層をさらに含む、請求項2記載の膜。
- 中間緻密層が、ポリアミドを含む、請求項14記載の膜。
- 多孔質マトリックス層の上の層内の1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、グラフェン又は官能化グラフェンを、実質的にマトリックス材料無しで含む、請求項2記載の膜。
- 多孔質マトリックス層の上の層内の1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、(a)グラフェン又は官能化グラフェン、及び(b)グラフェン酸化物、還元グラフェン酸化物、官能化グラフェン酸化物又は官能化還元グラフェン酸化物を、実質的にマトリックス材料無しで含む、請求項2記載の膜。
- 1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、多孔質マトリックス層の上の層内及び多孔質マトリックス層に存在する、請求項1記載の膜。
- 多孔質マトリックス層内の1種以上のグラフェン化合物が、多孔質マトリックス層の脱塩率を増大させる、請求項3記載の膜。
- a)セラミックを含む基質をポリマー膜溶液でコーティングするステップと、
b)1種以上のグラフェン化合物を含む薄片を、ポリマー膜溶液上に又は中に分散させるステップと、
c)ポリマー膜溶液を硬化させて、多孔質支持体を形成するステップと、
d)多孔質支持体を、1種以上のグラフェン化合物を含む支持された層でコーティングするステップと
を含んでおり、1種以上のグラフェン化合物が有機金属によってセラミック基質上に堆積される、膜の製造方法。 - ステップd)が、多孔質支持体を介して薄片の分散液を濾過することを含む、請求項20記載の方法。
- ステップd)が、薄片を、1種以上のポリマー反応体の上又は中に分散させることを含む、請求項20記載の方法。
- a)膜における多孔質基質をポリマーでコーティングし、1種以上のグラフェン化合物を含む薄片を、1種以上のポリマー反応体上又は中に分散させるステップ
を含んでおり、基質がセラミックを含んでおり、1種以上のグラフェン化合物が有機金属によってセラミック基質上に堆積される、膜の製造方法。
