ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 透明な前記バックカバーは、曲がった前記フレキシブル基板に隣接して前記フレキシブル基板の曲率を定義するラウンド状の角を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記透明パネルは、上部基板と、前記上部基板と透明な前記バックカバーの間にある下部基板とを含み、
前記下部基板は、前記パッド領域を含み、
前記フレキシブル基板は、前記下部基板の後方に曲がる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記フレキシブル基板をカバーし、前記溝へ前記フレキシブル基板の前記チップを押す、少なくとも一つのフィルムハウジングをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 各々の前記フィルムハウジングは、
前記バックカバーの反対の方に向かっている前記透明パネルの前面をカバーする第1領域と、
前記バックカバーの背面をカバーする第2領域と、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域を連結する第3領域と
を含み、
弾性力を利用して、前記第1領域は前記前面を圧着し、前記第2領域は前記バックカバーの背面に圧着される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の透明表示装置。 - 複数の前記溝が前記バックカバーの前記背面に形成され、複数の前記チップを収容する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 前記溝は、前記バックカバーの一側の終端から前記バックカバーの他側の終端に延長される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明表示装置。 - 透明表示装置に適用されるバックカバーにおいて、
イメージを生成する画素を含む透明パネルの背面に備えられた透明な遮光板と対向している前面と、
少なくとも一つの溝が形成されている背面と、
後方に曲がる少なくとも一つのフレキシブル基板に隣接する曲面と
を含み、
前記溝は、前記フレキシブル基板に装着されてパッド領域を通じて前記透明パネルにあるトランジスタのゲートに信号を供給してイメージを生成するチップを収容し、
前記フレキシブル基板の各々は、前記透明パネルの前記パッド領域に電気的に連結される一端を含み、
前記曲面は前記フレキシブル基板の曲率を定義し、
前記フレキシブル基板は、前記遮光板の側面、前記曲面及び前記背面をカバーし、
前記遮光板は、遮光モードと透過モードをスイッチングする、バックカバー。 - 前記透明パネルは、上部基板と、前記上部基板と透明な前記バックカバーの間にある下部基板とを含み、
前記下部基板は、前記パッド領域を含み、
前記フレキシブル基板は、前記下部基板の後方に曲がる、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックカバー。 - 前記曲面は、少なくとも一つの前記フレキシブル基板をカバーして、前記フレキシブル基板のチップを前記溝へ押すフィルムハウジングによりカバーされる、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックカバー。 - 前記前面及び背面は、前記溝へ前記フレキシブル基板のチップを押す少なくとも一つのフィルムハウジングと隣接する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックカバー。
- 複数の前記溝が前記バックカバーの背面に形成され、複数の前記チップを収容する、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックカバー。 - 前記溝は、前記バックカバーの一側の終端から前記バックカバーの他側の終端に延長される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバックカバー。 - フレキシブル基板の終端を透明パネルのパッド領域に電気的に連結させる段階と、
前記透明パネルの背面に遮光板を具備する段階と、
前記遮光板の背面にバックカバーを具備する段階と、
前記フレキシブル基板を、前記遮光板の側面とバックカバーの曲面を通じて後方にバンディングし、前記フレキシブル基板の背面が前記バックカバーの曲面に隣接されるようにする段階と、及び
前記フレキシブル基板のチップを前記バックカバーの背面にある溝に収容させる段階を含み、
前記チップは、画素にあるトランジスタのゲートに信号を供給し、
前記遮光板は、遮光モードと透過モードをスイッチングする、透明表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記フレキシブル基板をフィルムハウジングでカバーする段階をさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の透明表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記遮光モードにおいて、前記バックカバーを通過した光は、前記遮光板によって遮断され、前記透過モードにおいて、前記バックカバーを通過した光の一部は、前記遮光板を通じて前記透明パネルに伝送される、
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の透明表示装置の製造方法。 - バックカバーを形成する段階をさらに含み、
前記バックカバーは、前記バックカバーの背面にある溝を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の透明表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記フレキシブル基板は、前記透明パネルの下部基板を通じて曲がり、前記透明パネルの上部基板を通じて曲がることはなく、
前記パッド領域は、前記透明パネルの前記下部基板に具備される、
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の透明表示装置の製造方法。
