Description
図1(A),(B)は、本実施形態における電池パック内への給気および排気の構成を示す図である。
そして、ブロア28を駆動することによって、吸気口62から車室内の空気が吸い込まれ、これが吸気ダクト60を介しブロア28に吸い込まれる。ブロア28からの吐出空気は、給気ダクト26を介し、電池パック20内の上方空間(給気流路)に供給される。電池パック内には電池スタック22が配置されるが、電池スタック22の各電池モジュール24間には間隙があるため、この間隙を通って空気が下方に流れ、各電池モジュール24が効果的に冷却される。ここで、電池スタック22の周辺と、電池パック20の周辺内壁との間を閉じておくことで、積層された電池モジュール24の間隙に冷却空気を通すことができる。
図1においては、リアシート10の一方のみを示したが、通常はリアシート10は2つあり、図2に示すように各リアシート10の下方に同様の構成で電池パック20およびその空冷のための機構が配置される。
ここで、吸気ダクト60および吸気口62の構成について、図4〜図6に基づいて説明する。
本実施形態によれば、電気冷却用のブロアの吸気口62が、リアシート10の側部、すなわちシートクッション10aの下に位置する下トリム12のドア70に対向する部分に設けられている。従って、乗員がアクセスしにくく、異物が混入したり、吸気口62が物品などによって塞がれる可能性が低くなる。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載された電池を冷却するための電池冷却構造であって、
前記電池を内部空間に収容する電池パックと、
この電池パックに冷却空気を送り込むブロアと、
このブロアの吸気側に接続される吸気ダクトと、
前記ブロアの吹き出し口に接続される給気ダクトと、
を有し、
前記吸気ダクトの吸気口は、リアシートクッション下方空間の外縁に位置する下トリムのドア側の側面のみに設けられ、
前記給気ダクトは、前方端が前記電池パックの上部空間の形状に合わせて車幅方向が広く車高方向が狭い扁平な開口となっており、前記車幅方向が徐々に狭くなりながら後方に延びており、
前記電池パックの底面を形成する下部ケースの後方端から後方に伸びる排気ダクトを備え、前記排気ダクトの前側端は、前記車高方向が狭く前記車幅方向が広い扁平な開口になっている、

前記給気ダクトは、前記電池パックの上部空間の形状に合わせて車幅方向が広く車高方向が狭い扁平な開口となっており、前記車幅方向が徐々に狭くなりながら後方に延びており、
前記電池パックの底面を形成する下部ケースの後方端から後方に伸びる排気ダクトを備え、前記排気ダクトの前側端は、前記車高方向が狭く前記車幅方向が広い扁平な開口になっている、

前記吸気ダクトの吸気口は、車両の後方に向かうにつれてドア側に位置するように車両の前後方向に対し斜めになっている、

前記吸気ダクトの吸気口は、前記シートクッションのドア側外縁に比べ、ドアから離れ、前記下トリムの表面から凹んで位置している、
