Claims (9)
- 筐体(11)、前記筐体に固定され且つモーターシャフト(12a)を有するモーター(12)、前記モーターシャフト(12a)によって前記モーターに出力側で接続されるトランスミッション(13)、前記トランスミッション(13)に前記出力側で接続されるアクチュエータ出力駆動部(14)、及び制御装置(21)を有する、車両座席(1)用のアクチュエータ(110、210)であって、
前記アクチュエータ出力駆動部(14)は、第1の回転方向に前記モーターシャフト(12a)を回転させることによって、第1の位置から第2の位置の方向に移動可能な出力要素(14b)を有し、前記モーターシャフト(12a)の回転方向は、前記制御装置(21)によって前記第1の回転方向から反対の第2の回転方向に反転可能であり、それにより前記出力要素(14b)は前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置の方向に移動可能であり、
前記アクチュエータ(110、210)は、前記筐体(11)に対して移動可能であるスライド(15)であって、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置の方向に前記出力要素(14b)の移動中に駆動可能であるスライド(15)を有し、且つ前記スライド(15)の少なくとも1つの位置を検出するために第1の位置センサが設けられ、
前記アクチュエータ出力駆動部(14)は、前記出力要素(14b)及び前記スライド(15)を移動可能にするスピンドル(14a)を有し、
前記スピンドル(14a)は、前記出力要素(14b)と螺合し、且つスライド15の直接的な直線運動を引き起こさないように、前記スライド(15)における貫通孔を通り抜け、
前記第1の位置は前記スピンドルの一方の端部であり、前記第2の位置は前記一方の端部とは反対側の前記スピンドルの他方の端部であることを特徴とする、アクチュエータ(110、210)。 - 前記スライド(15)は、ロック装置(60)のキャッチ(50)に結合するための手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記手段はピン(15a)であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記スライド(15)は、前記第2の位置から前記第1の位置の方向への前記出力要素(14b)の移動中に前記出力要素(14b)から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(110、210)に対する重力の作用を検出する第2の位置センサ(28)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記制御装置(21)は、前記第1の位置センサが組み込まれる回路基板(21a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記制御装置(21)は、前記第2の位置センサ(28)が組み込まれる回路基板(21a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 少なくとも1つの更なるセンサが前記制御装置(21)の前記回路基板(21a)に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの更なるセンサは、ホール効果センサ及び/又は加速度センサであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
- 前記出力要素(14b)の前記第2の位置を感知するための第1のセンサ(17)及び/又は前記出力要素(14b)の前記第1の位置を感知するための第2のセンサ(18)が、前記回路基板(21a)に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアクチュエータ(110、210)。
