Claims (12)
- アッシュから複数種の元素を分離するアッシュの処理方法において、その際に貴金属および希土類元素の双方を別々の2つの抽出プロセスで分離する方法であって、その第1の抽出プロセス(10)で該貴金属をシュウ酸又はシュウ酸塩含有水溶液(12)で溶解させ、その第2の抽出プロセス(11)で該希土類元素を溶解分離させ、これら第1の抽出プロセス(10)および第2の抽出プロセス(11)で得られたこれら溶液を2つの別々のステップで析出処理、即ち第1のステップ(13)で該貴金属を析出させ、第2のステップ(16)で該希土類元素を析出させることを特徴とし、かつ、前記の第1の抽出プロセス(10)および第2の抽出プロセス(11)並びに前記の第1のステップ(13)および第2のステップ(16)を一連的に行うことを特徴とするアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)で溶解しなかった未溶解アッシュ(14)から前記希土類元素を硫酸と硝酸との混合である溶液(15)により前記第2の抽出プロセス(11)で溶解させる請求項1に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)から得られたシュウ酸塩抽出溶液(21)を少なくとも2つの析出段階で処理する、即ち、第1の析出段階(24)で硫化物および塩化アンモニウムを含有する第1の析出溶液(22)を最初に前記シュウ酸塩抽出溶液(21)に加えて、イリジウムおよび銅を分離し、次に残っている溶液(26)のpHを高くして、第2の析出段階(27)で貴金属の残りを析出する請求項1に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記の抽出プロセスの第1の析出段階(24)において前記シュウ酸塩抽出溶液(21)のpHを1.5±0.3に設定し、第2の析出段階(27)において前記溶液(26)のpHを8.5±0.3に設定する請求項3に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記第2の抽出プロセス(11)から得られた抽出溶液(30)にシュウ酸溶液を加えて希土類元素を第3の析出段階(32)として分離する請求項2に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記第3の析出段階(32)において前記抽出溶液(30)のpHを1.5±0.3に設定する請求項5に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- シュウ酸溶液(31)を前記第3の析出段階(32)で加える請求項5又は6に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)および第2の抽出プロセス(11)において溶解しなかったアッシュを洗浄段階(19、20)で水洗したのち、第1の洗浄段階(19)の後の未溶解アッシュを前記第2の抽出プロセス(11)に移し、第2の洗浄段階(20)の後の未溶解アッシュを不溶性残分(18)に移す請求項1に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 洗浄段階(19、20)後の生成した洗浄溶液を、前記第1の洗浄段階(19)の後においては前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)に戻し、前記第2の洗浄段階(20)の後においては前記第2の抽出プロセス(11)に戻すようにした請求項8に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 温度調節、圧力調節、溶液攪拌、溶液の機械的処理、及び/又は溶液への超音波照射によって、前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)および第2の抽出プロセス(11)及び/又は前記第1、第2および第3析出段階(24,27,32)の収率を高くする請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記析出プロセスの第2段階(27)において、アンモニアによってpHを調整した後、前記第2段階(27)後に残った窒素を肥料として回収する請求項4に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
- 前記希土類元素の第3析出段階(32)で使用した前記シュウ酸を前記第1の抽出プロセス(10)にリサイクルする請求項5に記載のアッシュの処理方法。
