Description
ドープされた支持体の用意
吸着剤として知られている、ドープされた支持体が、初期湿気浸透方法を用いて用意される。支持体(例えば、ゼオライトの水素形態)には、パラジウムの硝酸塩または塩化物塩が侵透し、空気中において、2時間の間、500℃でか焼される前に、110℃にて乾燥する。
エチレン吸着測定
測定は、21℃で、250−355μm粒径の0.1gドープされた支持体、多様な酸素濃度の50ml/minの気体流量、200ppmのC2H4、〜80%の相対湿度およびバランス窒素を有する栓流反応器で行われた。この実験の結果は、次のとおりである。

測定は、21℃で、250−355μm粒径の0.1gドープされた支持体を有して行われた。1リットルの瓶が部分的に真空となり、残留する空気と混合された窒素内に500ppmのエチレンで満たされ、初期のO2濃度は8.4vol%であった。
Claims (18)
- パラジウムドープされた、ゼオライトの水素形態である水素ZSM−5の使用であって、
有機物質由来の揮発性有機化合物(VOCs)を吸着するものであり、
前記水素ZSM−5のSi:Alの比が、100:1以下であり、
前記パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5が、実質的に酸素がない環境で使用される、パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。 - 前記水素ZSM−5のSi:Alの比は、22:1〜28:1である、請求項1に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記有機物質が腐敗しやすい有機物品である、請求項1または2に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記腐敗しやすい有機物品が(a)食品又は(b)園芸作物である、請求項3に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記食品が果物および/または野菜である、請求項4に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記園芸作物が、植物および/または切り花である、請求項4に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記有機物質が、ゴミを含んでなるものである、請求項1または2に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記有機物質が、貯蔵容器または包装に貯蔵されてなるものである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物が、−10℃〜50℃の温度で吸着される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物が、(a)エチレン、或いは(b)ホルムアルデヒドおよび/または酢酸を含んでなるものである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記パラジウムが、前記ドープされた水素ZSM−5の総重量を基準として0.1wt%〜10.0wt%で含まれてなる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記環境が、調整された大気の環境または変更された大気の環境である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記酸素が、0.5vol%以上10vol%未満で存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記揮発性有機化合物が、0.10ppm以下の水準で吸着される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5を、空気中において、30分間、250℃で加熱し、
前記パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5に吸着された揮発性有機化合物および存在する第2化合物を放出し、
それにより、更なる使用のためにパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5を再生するものである、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。 - 前記パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5が、VOCインジケータと共に使用される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5を含んでなる、ラベル、小袋またはインクであるVOC吸着剤としての、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
- 前記パラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5が、(i)触媒担体上またはその内部にコーティングされたもの、(ii)押出成形物、ペレット、錠剤、グレインまたはグラニュールの形態のもの、或いは、(iii)包装材料内に挿入されてなるものである、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のパラジウムドープされた水素ZSM−5の使用。
