Description
実施例1では、乳化重合法を用いた。
含水セルロースを用いなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、樹脂組成物を得た。
比較例2では、三菱レイヨン社製PMMA「MD001」とセルロースナノファイバーとを複合化させた。
(1)分散性
得られた複合樹脂組成物において、セルロースナノファイバーの樹脂中での分散性を確認した。この結果、実施例1の複合樹脂組成物では、比較例2の複合樹脂組成物よりも、セルロースナノファイバーの樹脂中での分散性に優れていた。
JIS 7139に準拠して、引張試験装置(SHIMADZU社製「AG−100kNG」)を用いて、得られた複合樹脂組成物及び樹脂組成物の23℃での引張強度を測定した。具体的な測定条件としては、試験ダンベル7139タイプA2、引張速度50mm/secで測定した。
比較例1:28.2MPa
比較例2:37.8MPa
JIS 7139に準拠して、引張試験装置(SHIMADZU社製「AG−100kNG」)を用いて、得られた複合樹脂組成物及び樹脂組成物の23℃での引張伸びを測定した。具体的な測定条件としては、試験ダンベル7139タイプA2、引張速度50mm/secで測定した。
比較例1:3.1%
比較例2:2.7%
Claims (2)
- 重合性化合物とセルロースナノファイバーと乳化剤である分散剤とを溶媒に分散させた分散液であって、前記重合性化合物100重量部に対して、前記分散剤を0.1重量部以上、20重量部以下で含む分散液中で、前記重合性化合物を乳化重合法によって重合させることにより、前記セルロースナノファイバーと前記重合性化合物の重合物とを含む複合樹脂組成物を得る、複合樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記重合性化合物の重合物として熱可塑性樹脂を得る、請求項1に記載の複合樹脂組成物の製造方法。
