Description
前記ガラスはディスプレイ用であることが好ましい。
サイズ1500mm×1800mm×0.7mmの液晶ディスプレイ用ガラス基板とガラス合紙を交互に100枚ずつ積層した。この積層体上下に同サイズで厚さ1mmのアクリル板を挟み、積層体全体をゴム紐で縛り固定し、これを振とう機に供し、300rpmで24時間振とうした。その後、ゴム紐を解いてガラスの側面から光を当て、100枚のガラス板の表裏面において傷が存在するか顕微鏡を用いて確認した。
前記「(1)ガラス表面に発生する傷の評価」において傷の確認がなされたガラス板に貼付されていたガラス合紙を抜き取り、ガラス表面の傷発生の原因となった異物を100倍の実体顕微鏡にて探し、さらにX線解析顕微鏡を使用して当該異物の材質を特定した。異物の大きさを測定して体積を計算し、次にX線解析顕微鏡を使用して当該異物の材質を特定した。
蒸解工程と、洗浄工程と、酸素脱リグニン反応工程と、二酸化塩素及び過酸化水素による多段晒漂白工程とからなる針葉樹晒クラフトパルプの製造装置において、多段晒漂白工程後のパルプ移送ラインに、10000ガウスのマグネットバーを複数配列した金属除去装置を設け、パルプスラリー中に存在する鉄分等の金属異物を除去した。以上の工程により針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを得た。
木材パルプとして針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを100質量部用意し、これを離解して叩解度を520mlc.s.f.に調製したスラリーに紙力増強剤としてポリアクリルアミド(商品名:ポリストロン1250、荒川化学工業社製)を全パルプ質量に対して0.4質量部添加し、0.4%濃度のパルプスラリーを調成した。これを、長網抄紙機を使用して、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプBを100質量部使用した以外は実施例1と同様の手法、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。

針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを90質量部と古紙パルプ10質量部とした以外は実施例1と同様の手法、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを80質量部と針葉樹晒クラフトパルプBを20質量部とした以外は実施例1と同様の手法、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを50質量部と砕木パルプを50質量部とした以外は実施例1と同様の手法、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。
針葉樹晒クラフトパルプAを30質量部と古紙パルプを70質量部とした以外は実施例1と同様の手法、坪量50g/m2のガラス合紙を得た。
Claims (10)
- 木材パルプを原料とする、ディスプレイ用のガラス板に使用されるガラス合紙であって、
前記ガラス合紙の表面に存在するモース硬度4以上の異物が1m2あたり0.010個未満であるガラス合紙。 - 前記異物が金属酸化物又は無機ケイ素酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載のガラス合紙。
- 前記無機ケイ素酸化物が二酸化ケイ素である、請求項2に記載のガラス合紙。
- 前記異物が、酸化鉄、銅、石英、溶融石英、ガラス片、水晶片、酸化マグネシウム、酸化チタン及び砂からなる群から選択される一つ以上である、請求項1記載のガラス合紙。
- 前記異物の体積が2×10−5mm3未満である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙。
- 坪量が20〜100g/m2である、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙。
- 厚みが0.030〜0.130mmである、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙。
- 含有水分が2〜10質量%である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙。
- 前記ディスプレイがTFT液晶ディスプレイ又は有機ELディスプレイである請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のガラス合紙及びガラス板からなる積層体。
