)アクリル酸環型アルキルエステル(但し、環型アルキルは炭素数3ないし12の環型アルキル基である);ポリエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)クリレート等のような(メタ)アクリル酸ポリアルキレングリコールエステル;のような(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、(メタ)アクリル酸アルコキシアルキルエステル(アルコキシアルキルは、炭素数1ないし6である)がある。このとき、メチルメタクリレートは、前記アクリル−シリコンマクロモノマー共重合体のガラス転移温度を上げることが最も容易である。
を保有することにより、合成されたBlockおよびGraftポリマーを樹脂にブレンドする際、樹脂表面に偏析、濃縮された性質を有している。
、 γ−ブチロラクトン、ジエチルエーテル、エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ジグリム、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、トルエン、キシレン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、オクタンから選ばれた溶剤を単独で或いはこれらを1種以上混合して使用してもよい。
ッキング現象や溶剤浸食現象が起こらないことにより、前記印刷層の文様が審美的および立体的に生き返ることができる。
MMA(メチルメタクリレート)、GMA(グリシジルメタクリレート)、および分子量を10,000にしたシリコンマクロモノマーを、PGMEA(プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート)溶剤を活用して固形分40%で共重合して重量平均分子量30,000のアクリル−シリコンマクロモノマー共重合体を得た。このとき、前記シリコンマクロモノマーは、下記[一般式1]においてnは130ないし140にする。
前記の製作された転写シートを3000m巻取り、3日間放置した。その後、rewinding & ブロッキング現象を把握したが、抗ブロッキング性はASTM−1893基準に基づいて、上、中、下で評価した。このとき、ブロッキング現象とは転写シート同士互いに接着する現象を言う。
前記の製作された転写シートは、PC/ABS樹脂で射出成形した後、成形された射出物を紫外線硬化させて最終耐摩耗性評価用サンプルを製作し、鉛筆硬度計に1kgの荷重をかけて硬度を評価した。
前記の製作された転写シートは、PC/ABS樹脂で射出成形した後、成形された射出物を紫外線硬化させて最終耐摩耗性評価用射出サンプルを製作し、RCAテスト機に1kgの荷重をかけてスクラッチが発生する最終回数を評価した。
男女30名ずつ合計60名が、前記実施例の転写シートが適用された被着剤の使用感に対する感触を官能評価した。評価者は前記転写シートの感触に対して、「○:優秀、△:普通、×:悪い」で評価し、下記表1には前記実験結果の平均値を記載した。
Claims (9)
- アクリロイル官能基を含むUV硬化型樹脂、イソシアネート系化合物、光開始剤、酸化防止剤、および溶剤を含み、
前記アクリロイル官能基を含むUV硬化型樹脂は、
エポキシ官能基を含むアクリレートモノマーおよびシリコンマクロモノマーを共重合した後、アクリル酸モノマーを付加反応させて製造され、
前記シリコンマクロモノマーは、前記エポキシ官能基を含むアクリレートモノマー100重量部に対して、0.1重量部〜5重量部であることを特徴とするコーティング組成物。 - 前記エポキシ官能基を含むアクリレート系モノマーは、グリシジルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリレート、グリシジル−アルファ−エチルアクリレート、グリシジル−アルファ−エン−プロピルアクリレート、グリシジル−アルファ−ブチルアクリレート、3,4−エポキシブチルメタクリレート、3,4−エポキシブチルアクリレート、6,7−エポキシヘプチルメタクリレート、6,7−エポキシヘプチルアクリレート、6,7−エポキシヘプチル−アルファ−エチルアクリレートからなる群から選ばれたいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記シリコンマクロモノマーは、
下記[化学式1]で、R1およびR2は互いに独立して炭素数1〜12のアルキル基、R3およびR4は互いに独立して水素または炭素数1〜12のアルキル基、Yは水素または炭素数1〜12のアルキル基であり、nは60〜300の整数であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記シリコンマクロモノマーは、 重量平均分子量が500〜22,000であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記コーティング組成物は、
前記アクリロイル官能基を含むUV硬化型樹脂100重量部に対して、1重量部〜15重量部のイソシアネート系化合物、1重量部〜15重量部の光開始剤、0.1重量部〜2重量部の酸化防止剤、および200重量部〜700重量部の溶剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。 - アクリロイル官能基を含むUV硬化型樹脂を準備するステップ;および
前記UV硬化型樹脂とイソシアネート系化合物、光開始剤、酸化防止剤、および溶剤を混合するステップを含むことを特徴とするコーティング組成物の製造方法であって、
前記アクリロイル官能基を含むUV硬化型樹脂は、
エポキシ官能基を含むアクリレートモノマーおよびシリコンマクロモノマーを共重合した後、アクリル酸モノマーを付加反応させて製造され、
前記シリコンマクロモノマーは、前記エポキシ官能基を含むアクリレートモノマー100重量部に対して、0.1重量部〜5重量部である、方法。 - 基材フィルム;および
前記基材フィルムの一面に形成され、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコーティング組成物を含有するコーティング層を含むことを特徴とする転写シート。 - 前記コーティング層と前記基材フィルム間に形成される離型層と、
前記コーティング層上に形成される接着層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の転写シート。 - 前記コーティング層と接着層間に、印刷層または蒸着層のいずれか一つ以上の層がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の転写シート。
