Claims (2)
- 製造すべき円筒状容器を横向きの姿勢で配置させるときの軸心位置に沿う鉛直面内の水平な一軸方向に沿って或る間隔を隔てて複数配設されたターニングローラ装置と、
前記一軸方向に沿って或る間隔を隔てて複数配設され、前記円筒状容器を前記ターニングローラ装置と受け替えるための凹部を有するスキッドと、
前記スキッドを支持した状態で配設され、ジャッキを含むジャッキアップ架台と
を備え、
各ターニングローラ装置は、2つのローラの間隔を縮小および拡大する機能を備え、前記2つのローラを、間隔を縮小した状態に配置させると、前記各ローラにより、円筒状容器を、ジャッキを収縮させた状態のジャッキアップ架台上のスキッドより上方に離れた配置で支持し、且つ前記2つのローラを、間隔を拡大した状態に配置させると、前記ジャッキを収縮させた状態の前記ジャッキアップ架台上の前記スキッドによって支持される円筒状容器に対して非接触となる位置まで前記2つのローラを退避させる機能を備えた、円筒状容器製造用支持装置。 - 前記ジャッキアップ架台は、ベースプレート上に、上下に延びる角筒状の荷重伝達壁を設けたベース部材と、
前記荷重伝達壁の上部の内側に収容可能な直方体形状の荷重伝達ブロックの上端部に、前記荷重伝達壁よりも大きな平面形状を有する天板を設けた昇降部材とを備え、
前記ジャッキアップ架台は、前記荷重伝達壁の内側の前記昇降部材の下方となる位置に、前記ジャッキを収容するように構成されている
請求項1記載の円筒状容器製造用支持装置。
