Description
Claims (7)
- 上部金型及び下部金型を含む熱間プレス成形装置において、
前記上部金型及び下部金型はブランクの一部を拘束し、前記ブランクの拘束されていない部分を成形して加工部を形成するカムを含み、
前記カムは、上部金型及び下部金型と異なる運動方向を有する、めっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形装置。 - 前記カムは、上部金型と下部金型の間に位置している構造を有する、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形装置。
- 前記カムは、上部金型又は下部金型の一部から分離された形態を有する、請求項1に記載のめっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形装置。
- ブランクを加熱する段階と、
前記加熱されたブランクを熱間プレス成形装置で成形する段階と、
前記成形されたブランクを冷却する段階と、
を含み、
前記成形は、熱間プレス成形装置の上部金型及び下部金型によって前記ブランクの一部が拘束され、前記ブランクの拘束されていない部分はカムによって成形されて加工部を形成し、
前記カムは、上部金型及び下部金型の運動方向と異なる運動方向に移動しながら成形する、めっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形方法。 - 前記カムは、上部金型と下部金型の間に位置している、請求項4に記載のめっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形方法。
- 前記カムは、上部金型又は下部金型の一部から分離されて形成される、請求項4に記載のめっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形方法。
- 前記加熱は、ブランクの全体をA3以上に加熱する方法、又は
ブランクの一部はA3以上に加熱し他の部分はA1未満に加熱する方法で行われる、請求項4に記載のめっき鋼材の熱間プレス成形方法。
