Abstract
Un método y aparato para formar un panel de carroceria exterior para un vehiculo a motor. El método comprende: montar una chapa de material metálico en un montaje de troquel, sujetar la primera parte periferica de una chapa de material métalico entre las superficies de sujeción del montaje de troquel, mover las superficies de sujeción con relación a la estructura de troquel central de manera tal que de deformar la chapa de metal sobre la estructura de troquel central, sujetar la segunda parte periferica de la chapa de material métalico entre un eyector de troquel del montaje de troquel y la estructura de troquel del montaje central después de que se deforma la chapa de metal sobre la estructura de troquel central, mover las superficies de sujeción con relación a la estructura de troquel central para estirar la chapa de metal sobre la estrutura de troquel central después de que la segunda partes periférica de la chapa de material metálico esta sujeta, y estampar la chapa de material metálico entre la estructura central y una superficie de troquel opuesta después de que la chapa de metal se estiro sobre la estructura de superficie para darle a la chapa de metal la configuración deseada.
