Claims (8)
- 基板の一面上に第1方向に沿って配列される複数の第1感知セル、及び前記第1感知セルを接続する複数の第1接続パターンを含む複数の第1感知パターンと、
前記基板の一面上に前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って配列される複数の第2感知セル、及び前記第2感知セルを接続する複数の第2接続パターンを含む複数の第2感知パターンと、
前記各第2感知パターンとそれに隣接する前記第1感知セルとの間に形成され、前記第1感知パターンにそれぞれ接続される複数の駆動パターンと、
前記複数の駆動パターンにそれぞれ接続される複数の第1駆動配線と、
前記複数の第2感知パターンにそれぞれ接続される複数の第2駆動配線と、を含み、
前記第1接続パターン及び前記第2接続パターンは、それらの間に絶縁膜を介在し、交差配置され、
前記基板は、活性領域と、前記活性領域の外郭の非活性領域とを含み、
前記第1感知パターンと前記第2感知パターンとは、前記基板の活性領域に配列され、
前記第1駆動配線と前記第2駆動配線は、前記活性領域の片面に位置する前記非活性領域の一部にだけ配置されることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記駆動パターンは、前記第1感知パターンの第1感知セルまたは第1接続パターンに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記駆動パターンは、透明導電性物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記各駆動パターンの一側面に形成される金属層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記駆動パターンと所定間隔離隔して、前記各第2感知パターンとそれに隣接する前記第1感知セルとの間に形成される複数のダミーパターンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記ダミーパターンは、金属で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1感知セルと前記第2感知セルとは、同一層に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
- 前記第1感知パターンと前記第2感知パターンとは、互いに異なる層に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル。
