Claims (9)
- 内部に垂直ホールが設けられたボディと、それぞれ別個に備えられ、前記ホールに一列に配置されるリング状のロッキング手段およびピストンとを含んでなり、ロッド部材が前記ロッキング手段と前記ピストンを通過して軸方向移動可能に配置されるロッド部材ロッキング装置において、
前記ロッキング手段は、前記ロッド部材をロックするための要素が一体に組み立てられた状態で提供される一つの単位モジュールであって、内壁の一側に、内径が漸次小さくなるようにする傾斜面が形成され、楔型空間を有するアウターリングと;前記アウターリングの空間に同軸的に配置され、前記傾斜面に対応する加圧手段を収容するインナーリングと;前記アウターリングの空間内における前記インナーリングの反対側に設置され、前記アウターリングと前記インナーリングとを弾力的に連結するスプリングと;を含むロックブロックであり、
前記ピストンが運動して前記アウターリングを移動させ、その移動方向に応じて前記傾斜面が前記加圧手段に対して接触または離隔しながら、前記加圧手段が前記ロッド部材の表面を加圧または解除することにより、前記ロッド部材がロックまたは解除されるようにし、
前記ボディは、外壁を貫通して内側のホールに連結される流路を含み、前記ピストンは、前記流路を介して前記ホールの内部へ供給される圧縮空気の圧力によって運動するものであり、
前記ピストンは、前記流路側の一面が縁部の拡張されたフランジ形態であり、前記ロックブロック側の他面が前記一面に比べて幅の狭い突出形態で形成されて前記アウターリングの端部面に接触していることを特徴とする、ロッド部材ロッキング装置。 - 前記ロッド部材ロッキング装置は、一つの前記ロッド部材に対して同じ構造の前記ピストンと前記ロックブロックが両方向に各1対として備えられ、対称に装着されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
- 前記ボディは、外壁を貫通して内側のホールに連結される流路を含み、前記ピストンは、前記流路を介して前記ホールの内部へ供給される圧縮空気の圧力によって運動することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
- 前記加圧手段はボール、ローラーまたはリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
- 前記ロックブロックは前記ボディのホール内に挿着され、
この際、前記インナーリングの下端部が前記ボディの下側閉塞部に係止され、前記アウターリングの上端部に対面して前記ピストンが提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。 - 前記ボディの内壁には、フランジ形態の前記一面に対応して前記ピストンの移動範囲を制限する係止部が形成され、
前記ピストンは、前記他面に、前記ピストンと前記係止部との間の空間が前記ロックブロックの空間と連通するようにする空気通路が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。 - 前記通路は、前記アウターリングと接触する前記ピストンの他面側の端部面に形成された溝であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
- 前記ピストンは、表面にパッキンが備えられ、該パッキングが前記ボディと前記ピストンとの間をシールすることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
- 前記ロッド部材はパイプ型ロッド部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロッド部材ロッキング装置。
