Claims (4)
- 内燃機関と、
インバータを介してバッテリと電気的に接続された電動機と、
駆動輪にトルクを伝達するための出力部と、
互いに差動回転可能な第1回転要素、第2回転要素、及び第3回転要素を有し、前記第1回転要素が前記内燃機関の出力軸と接続され、前記第2回転要素が前記電動機の出力軸と接続され、前記第3回転要素が前記出力部の伝達部材と連結された動力分割機構と、
前記電動機の出力軸を回転不能とする係合状態と、前記電動機の出力軸の回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替え可能な係合機構と、を備えたハイブリッド車両に適用され、
前記電動機からトルクを出力しているときに、前記電動機の制御時に監視すべき前記電動機の温度又は前記インバータの温度である監視対象温度が所定の上限温度以上になった場合には、前記電動機からのトルクの出力を制限する制御装置において、
前記内燃機関の運転中に前記係合機構を前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えるべき所定の係合条件が成立した場合、まず前記電動機の回転数がゼロになるように前記内燃機関の出力トルクに応じたトルクを前記電動機から出力させる回転数制御を実行し、前記回転数制御の実行中に所定の係合切替条件が成立した場合に前記係合機構を前記係合状態に切り替える係合制御を実行する制御手段と、
前記回転数制御の実行中に、前記監視対象温度が前記上限温度より低い所定の係合禁止温度以上になった場合には、前記係合制御の実行を禁止する切替禁止手段と、を備え、
前記切替禁止手段は、前記回転数制御の実行中において前記電動機を等パワーで制御可能な期間に、前記監視対象温度が前記係合禁止温度以上になったか否か判定する制御装置。 - 前記切替禁止手段は、前回前記係合機構を前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えたときの前記監視対象温度の変化に基づいて前記係合禁止温度を補正する請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関の運転中に前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるべき所定の解放条件が成立した場合に、まず前記内燃機関の出力トルクに応じたトルクを前記電動機から出力させるトルク制御を実行し、前記トルク制御の実行中に所定の解放切替条件が成立した場合に前記係合機構を前記解放状態に切り替える解放制御を実行し、
前記切替禁止手段は、前記トルク制御の実行中に、前記監視対象温度が前記上限温度より低い所定の解放禁止温度以上になった場合には、前記解放制御の実行を禁止する請求項1又は2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記切替禁止手段は、前回前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えたときの前記監視対象温度の変化に基づいて前記解放禁止温度を補正する請求項3に記載の制御装置。
