図1に示すように、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両(以下、単に「車両」ともいう)10は、走行用モータ11と、エンジン12とを、走行用の駆動源として備えている。走行用モータ11は、駆動伝達機構13を介して前輪14に伝達される。また走行用モータ11には、インバータ(モータインバータ)15を介してバッテリ16が接続されている。なおバッテリ16には、バッテリ16の上限出力電力(出力電圧及び出力電流)を検出する電力検出ユニット(出力電力検出手段)17が設けられている。

Claims (7)
- 走行用モータと、該走行用モータに電力を供給するバッテリと、エンジンと、該エンジンにより駆動され少なくとも前記バッテリに電力を供給する発電機と、を有するハイブリッド車両を制御する制御装置であって、
前記エンジンが備える排気浄化触媒の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記バッテリの上限出力電力を検出する出力電力検出手段と、
車両に要求される要求出力を検出する要求出力検出手段と、
前記要求出力に応じて車両の走行モードを選択する選択手段と、を有し、
前記選択手段は、
前記排気浄化触媒の温度が所定温度以上である場合、前記要求出力が前記バッテリの上限出力電力に応じて設定された第1の判定閾値以上であると前記エンジンを駆動する第1モードを選択し、前記要求出力が前記第1の判定閾値よりも小さいと前記エンジンを停止して走行する第2モードを選択し、
前記排気浄化触媒の温度が前記所定温度よりも低い場合には、前記要求出力が前記第1の判定閾値以上であると前記第1モードを選択し、前記要求出力が前記第1の判定閾値よりも小さい第2の判定閾値以下であると前記第2モードを選択し、前記要求出力が前記第1の判定閾値よりも小さく且つ前記第2の判定閾値よりも大きいと前記エンジンを所定負荷以下で駆動させる特定モードを選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記選択手段は、前記要求出力が前記第1の判定閾値よりも小さく且つ前記第2の判定閾値よりも大きい場合であっても、前記バッテリの上限出力電力が予め設定された第1の電力値以上の場合には、前記第2モードを選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記選択手段は、さらに前記バッテリの上限出力電力が前記第1の電力値よりも低い第2の電力値以下である場合にも、前記要求出力にかかわらず前記第2モードを選択する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記第2の判定閾値は、複数段階に設定されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記選択手段により前記特定モードが選択された場合には、前記要求出力にかかわらず前記エンジンを一定の負荷で稼動させる
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、前記選択手段により前記特定モードが選択された場合には、前記要求出力にかかわらず前記特定モードを所定時間継続する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1モード及び前記特定モードの場合に前記エンジンにより前記発電機を駆動して発電を実行し、
前記第1モードでの発電より前記特定モードでの発電を抑制する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
