Abstract
【解決手段】車両を走行させるためのトルクを出力する駆動力源としてエンジンおよび複数のモータを備え、前記エンジンの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第1走行モードと、複数の前記モータの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第2走行モードと、いずれか1つの前記モータの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第3走行モードとのいずれかを前記車両に対する要求駆動力に応じて選択して設定するハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、前記駆動力源の出力の大きさを求める検出手段(ステップS3)と前記出力の大きさに応じて、前記第2走行モードの選択可能性を変更する設定手段(ステップS5〜S7)とを設けた。

Claims (8)
- 車両を走行させるためのトルクを出力する駆動力源としてエンジンおよび複数のモータを備え、前記エンジンの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第1走行モードと、複数の前記モータの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第2走行モードと、いずれか1つの前記モータの出力によって前記車両を走行させる第3走行モードとのいずれかを前記車両に対する要求駆動力に応じて選択して設定するハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記駆動力源の出力の大きさを求める検出手段と、
前記出力の大きさに応じて、前記第2走行モードの選択可能性を変更する設定手段と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記設定手段は、前記出力が大きいほど前記選択可能性を低くする手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記設定手段は、前記出力が予め定めた所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記第2走行モードを選択して設定することを禁止する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記設定手段は、前記出力が予め定めた所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記第2走行モードを選択しない手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記検出手段は、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を検出する手段を含み、
前記設定手段は、前記エンジン回転数が予め定めた所定回転数よりも大きい場合に、前記第2走行モードを選択して設定することを禁止する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記検出手段は、前記エンジンのエンジン回転数を検出する手段を含み、
前記設定手段は、前記エンジン回転数が予め定めた所定回転数よりも大きい場合に、前記第2走行モードを選択しない手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記要求駆動力は、アクセル開度と車速とに基づいて求められる駆動力の要求量を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1回転要素が回転する際に反力要素となるとともに複数の前記モータのうちの第1モータが連結された第2回転要素と、前記第1回転要素および前記第2回転要素の回転速度に基づいて決まる回転速度で回転するとともに複数の前記モータのうちの第2モータおよび駆動軸が連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動歯車装置から構成され、前記駆動力源と前記駆動軸との間で動力を分割もしくは合成して伝達する動力分割機構と、
前記第1回転要素を選択的に回転不可能な状態に固定するブレーキ機構と
を備えていることを請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
