Description
Claims (13)
- 駆動力源と、前記駆動力源から出力された動力を駆動エネルギーとして駆動輪に伝達可能な係合状態と、前記動力を前記駆動エネルギーとして前記駆動輪に伝達されることを遮断する解放状態とを選択的に設定できる噛み合い式係合機構とを備え、所定の走行状態から他の走行状態に変化することにより前記噛み合い式係合機構を前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記噛み合い式係合機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記噛み合い式係合機構を前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えることが予測されている状況下で、
前記コントローラは、
車室内の音圧レベルが所定値以下になる状況であるか否かを判定し、
前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下になる状況であることが判定された場合に、前記噛み合い式係合機構が、前記解放状態となることを禁止するように構成され、
前記禁止は、前記噛み合い式係合機構が解放状態であれば前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下になる以前に係合状態に切り替えてその係合状態を維持し、また前記噛み合い式係合機構が係合状態であればその係合状態を維持することにより、前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下の状況で前記噛み合い式係合機構の解放状態から係合状態への切替が生じないようにすることである
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
車速が所定車速以下の場合に、前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下になる状況であると判定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の減速度が、所定減速度以上の場合に、前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下になる状況であると判定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の減速度が、所定減速度以上の場合に、前記音圧レベルが前記所定値以下になる状況であると判定するように構成され、
前記所定減速度は、前記車速が高車速ほど、高減速度に定めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記駆動力源は、エンジンを含み、
前記駆動輪に連結された駆動モータを更に備えている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項5に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記エンジンから出力された動力を電気エネルギーに変換するとともに、変換された前記電気エネルギーを前記駆動モータに供給することができる発電機を更に備え、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記エンジンと前記発電機とのトルクの伝達を選択的に遮断することができるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項6に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と、前記発電機が連結された第2回転要素と、前記駆動輪が連結された第3回転要素とを有するとともに、前記エンジンから出力されたトルクを前記発電機と前記駆動輪とに分割して伝達する動力分割機構を更に備え、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記動力分割機構を介した前記エンジンから前記駆動輪へのトルクの伝達を選択的に遮断することができるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項7に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記動力分割機構は、前記第1回転要素と、前記第2回転要素と、前記第3回転要素とを含む複数の回転要素と、前記複数の回転要素のうちのいずれか二つの回転要素を連結することにより前記駆動輪側に伝達されるトルクの分割率が第1分割率となる第1係合機構と、前記複数の回転要素のうちの他の二つの回転要素を連結することにより前記分割率が前記第1分割率よりも小さい第2分割率となる第2係合機構とを備え、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記第1係合機構を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項8に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記第1係合機構により係合される二つの回転要素のうちの一つの回転要素と、前記第2係合機構により係合される二つの回転要素のうちの一つの回転要素とは、同一の回転要素である
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記駆動力源は、駆動モータを含み、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記駆動モータと前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を選択的に遮断することができるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項10に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
一対の回転部材を連結することにより前記駆動モータと前記駆動輪との変速比が第1所定値となるようにトルク伝達可能に連結する第3係合機構と、
他の一対の回転部材を連結することにより前記駆動モータと前記駆動輪との変速比が前記第1所定値よりも小さい第2所定値となるようにトルク伝達可能に連結する第4係合機構とを更に備え、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記第3係合機構を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、前記解放状態から前記駆動力源と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を可能とする係合状態に切り替えるための係合信号が入力されることにより、前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替え、かつ前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるための解放信号が入力されることにより、前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるとともに、前記係合状態で前記係合信号および前記解放信号が入力されなくなった場合に前記係合状態を維持し、かつ前記解放状態で前記係合信号および前記解放信号が入力されなくなった場合に前記解放状態を維持するように構成されたノーマルステイ型の係合機構である
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動制御装置において、
前記噛み合い式係合機構は、第1噛み合い歯が形成された入力側回転部材と、前記第1噛み合い歯に噛み合う第2噛み合い歯が形成された出力側回転部材とを有するとともに、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯との一方の噛み合い歯を他方の噛み合い歯側に移動させることにより、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯とが噛み合うように構成され、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯とが噛み合い始める際に前記第1噛み合い歯の移動方向における先端が前記第2噛み合い歯に接触した場合に、前記入力側回転部材と前記出力側回転部材との少なくともいずれか一方が回転することにより、前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯との位相がずれて前記第1噛み合い歯と前記第2噛み合い歯とが噛み合うことができるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動制御装置。
