Claims (9)
- トランスミッションまたは内燃機関のための吸引式オイルフィルタユニット(1)であって、
該吸引式オイルフィルタユニット(1)は、樹脂製のオイルフィルタハウジング(2)を有し、
該オイルフィルタハウジング(2)は、
吸込ポンプと接続可能な少なくとも1つの吸込通路(9)と、
ポンプ吸込オイル流の吸込チャージ用として前記吸込ポンプによりフィードバックされる圧力オイル容積流のための少なくとも1つのフィードバック通路(8)と、
を有し、
該フィードバック通路(8)は、前記吸込通路(9)への連通部の領域に少なくとも1つのノズル装置を備え、
該ノズル装置は、前記フィードバック通路(8)に挿入され、前記フィードバック通路(8)と一体的にではなく構成された少なくとも1つのノズル本体(10)を有することを特徴とする、吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。 - 前記吸込通路(9)と前記フィードバック通路(8)とは、その少なくとも一部が、前記オイルフィルタハウジング(2)の一体化された構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記ノズル本体(10)は前記フィードバック通路(8)に差し込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記ノズル本体(10)はシール手段を介して前記フィードバック通路(8)内で密封されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィードバック通路(8)は円形の内のりの断面を有しており、前記ノズル本体(10)は断面に関して前記フィードバック通路(8)に合わせて適合化されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記ノズル本体(10)は組付位置にあるときに、前記フィードバック通路(8)の連通部の周回する段部と、前記フィードバック通路(8)のスリーブ状に拡張する区域へ挿入された圧力オイル供給管との間で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィードバック通路(8)と前記ノズル本体(10)とは、前記フィードバック通路(8)への前記ノズル本体(10)の挿入を1つの向きでのみ許容する指標付けのための手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記ノズル本体(10)は、ジオメトリーが回転対称ではないノズル通路(11)を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
- 前記ノズル本体(10)は、その外周部に、少なくとも1つのシールリングを収容する少なくとも1つの周回する環状溝(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の吸引式オイルフィルタユニット。
